  • Worst brand.. waiting for Xiaomi 13 pro 80000/- Camera lens more than 50 days.. no response from service centre and customer care.... I invested in redmi.phone 80000/- waste... I can't scan or taking photos...80000/* phone... Wasted hard earned money... So don't waste your money in selecting mi phones.. Mobile purchased on 5/10/23 within 5 months I changed motherboard 2 times.....under warranty....for mother board change also i hand over mobile to Erode service center solidly 45 days.... During that 45 days i used my old damaged Mobile... Purchased 80000/- mobile and using damaged old mobile.... When I purchased new mobile i am happy with speed.and high quality camera photos... After mother board change I feel my mobile is not satisfactory.... So I need replacement of new mobile..still warranty 8 months available...

    • @@RSCBi do use case on my xiaomi13 black because it easily get fingerprint magnet and dust etc , if 13 back panel got the same finishing like xiaomi14 ,i would go with caseless and if i want use case,i'll go with transparent one , if you use transparent case on xiaomi 13 , you will see fingerprint and dust and had to clean it up if you don't want to see your back panel dirty, hassle tbh 🫤 Btw sorry about my bad English
