He seems very kind and humble person. The only problem when he has interviews they always attached the name of Olivia and hopefully he doesn't get his fame because of all this drama. Olivia was very famous now all over the world because of her song Drivers License. Now Joshua needs to get out of that shadow and to prove his talent.
He made a mistake of releasing his debut single a week after DL. He shouldn't have, esp. when the lyrics of the song kinda looked like a response to DL. There's this popular reviewer of pop songs who pointed this out saying DL didn't need a response song so him releasing after DL looked very much like piggybacking. And Sabrina added fuel to the fire when she released Skin, which has very petty lyrics, a week after Josh did and so people thought it's all just a big PR and it kinda backfired for both of them.
@@lalalisa_supremacy6704 Except it was planned month ago, he was the first one to announce his song release date. And even with that unfortunately the artists are not the only one to decide about that kind of things, it's more the marketing department of their labels. So in the end he couldn't do anything about that, he couldn't have guessed Olivia would release her song right before his nor that it would have resulted on all that situation and even then it wouldn't have been his only decision to change his release date. (Sorry for my bad english x))
@@Chaotique0 yeah, i think it's the music industry who is at fault here. they tend to do shitty things like this to create drama among artists for publicity. this time, though, it backfired for josh and sab bc people didn't like the fact that liv is younger(a minor at the time) than them and they seem to be beefing with someone younger.

At least now it's not as loud as it was at launch even if that interview prove again that they still can't just talk about the artist music and not the drama around.

There are some lines you just don't cross and I feel like interviewers are crossing it more and more. These are young adults (josh, Olivia, and Sabrina.) have enough respect to stop putting these kids in an uncomfortable situation for clicks.

I am so insanely proud of both Josh and Olivia for all of the amazing songs that they are putting out, but especially Josh because of the amount of hate that he's gotten so far. His Ep is just crazy how good it is, I truly love every song he has put out. I hate it when people say him and Olivia aren't friends or aren't close because this interview shows how they are still good friends and that it's all just a bunch of dumb drama. I wish people would just focus on them individually instead of there drama or trying to ship them. And for the people saying that they weren't going to have good chemistry in the show after all of this you guys were so wrong. They are literally phenomenal in the show, can't wait to see what happens next in the show and with there music careers :)

But I did notice how she used to call him her best friend and now when he released his EP, she never congratulated him. I mean, maybe she did in private, but it’s so different to how it used to be.
