Love y'all's videos! I have been a contractor ( Masonry , brick , stone and Concrete, stucco , etc ) for 50+ years .. one thing to always check on the waterproofing jobs: check the brick sills and for any open mortar joints , even the tiniest of holes or cracks! Or all mortar joints at or near the foundation. Very important! I've solved major water issues and sometimes , the culprit was just a tiny hole in the mortar joints , especially on the first course of brickwork. Also , check all caulking around windows and door trim. And where caulking meets brick to wood , or whatever the material is on the doors and windows. I know y'all probably do , but just a heads up , from my experience over the decades. Love you guys and love Pittsburgh 👍❤️

I’ve done waterproofing for a little while now and I feel like the best way to apply the black tar (aqua bloc) is with ur hands rather than using a trowel. It’s easier and you can get it into the small crevasses and cracks. Love you videos by the way, I’m new to ur channel and I’m addicted lol. All the best to you and the crew🙏🏻💯

get pete a set of medium and heavy dead blow mallets, (not hammers). the worst thing in the world is cracking and chipping materials because you dont have the right tool for the job. (im speaking generally of course when i say this.)

quick little tip to make it less work for both parties to clean up the patches of dirt if you buy 50 or so cheap luan boards at home depot, you dont leave a mess and customers leaves happier. ryan outdoors services does it all the time
