  • It would be interesting to see a 1/3 scale run of tanks that had accurate steel armor and scaled thickness, but also a gun that could fire an appropriately sized cartrigde, like .223 or 5.7 etc depending on the tank, and be able to actually create mini tank battles from a safe enough distance

    • Yes and the shell velocity as the size would also be calculated to 1/3 with the amount of gunpower it has so the damage would be accurate to scale aswell

    • I mean using those 3000 footpounder air rifle and make it shoot a small projectile u can get same amount of penetration as 20mm rifles and u will get 10 shots if u make a fairly big tank with a big air tank inside it u can also put a compresser in it to refile they airtank and a small Prius engine to power the tank a

  • I think it's funny that it (the tiger II) "only" weighs about 1% of what the real on weighs, even though it's 1/4th the size. Then again, it would probably be a bit problematic with a 15 ton RC tank

  • The tracks on the t34 bridgelayer are just barely not spaced correctly. You can see them get bound up a little before the drive sprocket

  • 1/4 scale so that means this thing upscaled to 1/1 is gonna be 38 tons. A bit light I would say, maybe you could give more armor and a 22mm gun for extra realism :)
