  • Nice work 👍🏻. Did it raise or lower your full throttle RMP at all?

    • It raises it in low gear and lowered it in high gear and lost top speed, but this setup is for mud bogging and I replace primary and secondary and the weights, it’s for 32 inches tires it’s been really good for belts life’s

  • I noticed once you shut it off around 22:40 that the rollers were not contacting the helix. I assume this is due to the aftermarket springs not having the locating pins that go into the clutch and the helix like the factory spring. Have you ran into any issues with this wearing out your rollers? I’m having the same thing happen to mine after I put a clutch kit in it and I just want to make sure I’m not going to run into any issues down the road.

    • I have not had any issues the only thing I did was put rhino rollers in at the same time a I put the clutch kit, having no tension on the helix will give you a little clunky noise if you go fast from reverse to high and hit the gas hard, that’s it hope this helps

  • One thing, the 52-+4 is not a torque sequence ,is the range value , anything from 48 to 56 is ok. Same for the helix or any other part

    • Thanks for the heads up, appreciate the feedback and any comments even if it’s to correct me or inform me of my wrong doing, I’m just glad that the torque that I did should be ok as well, so please let me know if there’s ever anything I should do or change, greatly appreciated and thanks again.

    • Should not make a big difference check the LBS if there’s on a couple pounds difference would not bother would be a waste of money check your RPM wide open if you get over 8500 RPM in high your good 👍

  • can you recomend me some clutch kit i just do light trails and street when i take my maverick to my job some times is a 30 min hiway and to hold 45 mph got to rev it 6000 6800 rpm i wish i cloud low that rpm to 3500 4000 thanks

    • The only way to lower you RPM is to get Cam Arms for the Primary Clutch and load theme up with more weight like the KWI Gen6 add magnet every 4 big magnet lowers 100 RPM, but this will cause lost of power for nothing to gain won’t save on gas and will loose power, if you got the stock clutch kit on leave it, because all clutch kit will give you more RPM, sorry buddy, it is what it is!
