  • I had this game on Sega Genesis in 1998 and my brother had a Super Nintendo and this game, he had a book of all of the characters moves, I was very good at this game and my favorite was Sub Zero, I did Fatalities more than Friendships, Animalities and one when they turned to babies and did combos. This is my favorite Mortal Kombat game.

  • I remember when this first came out in 95. I used to live in Temecula CA, and a minigolf arcade known as Mulligans. When the game was presented at the arcade, they had it hooked up to a giant tv, and all of the ninjas were unlocked.

  • Dang man my uncle bought me this game for the DS on my 11th birthday. He initially bought me street fighter IV 3ds, but I didn’t have a 3ds so I got this instead 😂 I somehow learned scorpion,classic sub-zero, and maskless sub-zero’s combos back then I didn’t even look it up lol good times I’m 20 now and I feel like time has gone by too fast. Sometimes I wonder how old you arcade players feel 😂 (still play it from time to time it’s a classic)

  • TODAYS LESON : never lead into the pop up combo with the airpunch if ur standing still. Only if ur juming in. Lead into it with jumping HK for distance. Though u seem to have it down for the most part...break that bad habit lolol!! great vid!

  • I have always been a champion of mortal kombat 1-2 and 9, but I was never able to play UMK3 you have any advice for me to win as easy as the previous chapters? I noticed that your technique is to jump to hit with a kick and go combo ... this works regardless of any character that I only choice or with sub zero

A warrior who has long been missing from a previous Mortal Kombat, and one who will return in the Fourth Tournament" It's obviously just a theory, but I think this hinted that the identity of Elder Sub-Zero could actually be Quan Chi who would then go on to make his first major appearance in MK4 a couple years later.

    • It was Johnny Cage. Daniel Pesina sued Midway so for revenge, they killed Cage and in the original MK3, didn't include Scorpion and unmasked Sub-Zero, since they were also played by Pesina.
