One of those losses where you can't be too mad at yourself b/c you played well, they just played better on the other side of the net. Paolini has great fight and spirit. Ons has been having a rough season. I think she'll drop from the top 20 after wimbledon.

I like Paolini's game, like most short of statue players they make up for it in the ferocity of they're game. Wth happened to Jabeur, a mere year or two ago she was the golden girl, now every game is a struggle to win a set which is difficult to come by now!

Jabeur has been in three major finals and was the runner up in all three. I feel that tennis has taken a physical, mental and emotional toll on her. The pressure to win a major for herself and her country seems to be too much now. She will turn thirty later this year and it does not get easier as you get older.... with all the younger ones fighting to move up the ranks.

I am wondering what has happened to Ons. She is losing to much weaker players. She is playing with low interest to win.

Ons is making too many unforced errors and looks a step slower than when she was winning matches. Her defense is just not very good. Once her opponent gets an advantage Ons just struggles to stay in the point.
