As a Lakers fan, it wasn't difficult to watch because betting odds showed Denver defeating the Lakers. This series was competitive in every game. A sweep no longer has the same value it once did because the game is now more faster paced.

  • It was such a nice sweep to watch. Even though it was competitive and close in terms of score, the nuggets were in control at nearly every point in this series. I was a bit worried when the Lakers cam back in the first game and made it closer, and getting out to fast start in game 2, but after that I on w it? We on the bag. Rewatching all the games, it was clear that the Nuggets were never threatened and never played in a rush.

  • As a Nuggets fan, this series felt different from all others. The whole team looked like they were playing with chips on their shoulder. The last time we had a fully healthy team in the playoffs, we lost to the Lakers in the WCF, so I just know they wanted this all the more. Joker's heartbreaking 3s were payback for the buzzer-beater AD hit in the bubble. It was all the more sweeter because the Lakers were good and didn't give an inch either. LeBron and AD both had monster games, but Denver still managed the sweep. A legendary series for sure that will be highlighted in Nuggets history.

  • Love the play where the (none bias ref) referee pats Lebron on the back because he got 29 in the first half. No Lakers will not be better but the will be older. Wish Lebron would retire and wish AD could stay healthy. Really like him and Lebron is in the way if he could stay healthy. Love to see what he could do in 65/70 games.
