He would have made 20 pts on ft's alone, including his 50% ft shooting. So he felt this one personally. • what makes Jokic's reaction 1000% justified is the knee-on-knee which you can clearly see at 1:23. Morris led with the knee; the knee-on-knee contact was absolutely intentional. I've seen several players from all sports have their careers ended by knee-on-knee collisions (some accidental, some definitely not). afaic, Morris was trying to end Jokic's career in a blowout game in the regular season. vile and disgusting.

    • @Alex T Of course, Jokic did not do well, he was only provoked by Morris, who harassed him throughout the match. He didn't hurt him at all, almost nothing the pussy pushed him, but it looked like he was going to break it, it was just more of a Morrisso pretense than it really was. In how many matches during the entire MBA season, collisions occur that are much stronger than this small push, and where serious injuries occur from the legs of broken ribs and the like.He didn't mean to seriously hurt him, he just wanted to let him know that he wouldn't start throwing a basket at him in the future. It's just that whoever doesn't have it in their head has it in their feet and Moriss didn't use his head for the right purposes. I don’t know if he acted on his own initiative or was suggested to him by the coach, and it also happens that they take care that the leading best player tries to incapacitate even for several matches.

      @bk818@bk8182 жыл бұрын
    • Let's not forget when young Dončič from Dallas was often disabled for several matches. Here’s the last Nov. 17 against Denver when three Denver players took part in an aforementioned act with an orchestrated action. The boy didn’t play three or four games after that. He already has all his knees and ankles from such intentional injuries. They do this with anyone who is mentally better than them. They know the law of force. This is what Goran Dragič's sketches did throughout his career. But he sat on the bench more due to injuries than he played.

Walking to him with regret on your face and apologising profusely, because that was a dangerous tackle (knee-on-knee). In that situation, is jokic swinging at you or is he accepting your apology and waiting for you to get T-ed up? Him turning around is what made it into a fight.

I bet if the roles were reversed, you’d be applauding Morris for knocking Jokic’s white ass down on the ground. What your clown ass missed entirely is that it wasn’t just a “hard foul in his chest”. If you actually watched this for real and did your homework, Jokic had JUST returned from a knee injury and Morris ran into his injured, healing knee on purpose. He could’ve caused greater injury that could’ve sidelined Jokic for 1-2 more years and possibly even never be the same player ever again (a la DRose or big daddy Sabonis in the 90s). That’s what set Jokic off in the first place and created the dirty play of Morris attempting to re-injure Jokic’s knee. The elbow to his ribs was only collateral damage. Morris knew exactly wtf he was doing which is why he turned around like the soft ass he is and he hasn’t tried acting like a fake tough guy ever since. He got sat down exactly where his soft ass belongs. On the bench for the rest of the season. You either need to grow up or get some glasses or learn about the game or stop being racist or some combination of the aforementioned. • The one who said that Jokic waited when Morris turned his back before retaliating is an insane idiot. Morris, after delivering the cheap shot tuned his back, and Jokic instantly retaliated. Jokic did what anyone who received a cheap shot will do, react and retaliate.

  • We as a society have been teaching that the retaliation is more offensive than the initial insult. That simply isn't the case. The offender in this is Morris, period. Jokic just punished him for his offence, case closed. However, now the women in the NBA office will pretend to be tuff by fining and/or suspending them.

    • You shouldnt just do nothing when you get a dirty ass kick in the ribs and in knee...he could have injured Joker badly...for no reason! its all Morris fault for sure.. and Joker just pushed him with his bodyweight...if he even swinged he would probbly killed him haha... and if Joker didnt kick back, Morris wouldnt even be ejected or suspended..probbly just flagrant foul
