    • It is totally fine. Just keep on learning and using new words you just found in your context. Try to guess the meaning of the word base on the situation, before you look for it in the dictionary

On the other hand, we use the Present Perfect tense when the time period is not yet finished or when the exact time of the action is not important. It's more about the connection between the past and the present. For example, "I have finished my classes" implies that the action is relevant to the present moment in some way, maybe because you're talking about your overall accomplishments or recent experiences.
