And it’s a good thing Perez did that, because there is no other manager who can have their first choice GK, CB pair out for the season, main attacker (Vini) injured for months and no recognized striker and still be this competitive.
Perez extended he's contract until 2026 way before this game.

I always believed that Ancelotti is a nice guy .Its a factor of his success along with intelligence and class .Congratulations mister Angelotti
He does these little things that the new era of "tactical genius" managers haven't figured out yet. He made sure Vini, Cama, Rodrygo and Bellingham found houses close to each other so that they can spend evenings together. He makes them go on vacations in specific groups so as to increase their bond on and off the pitch. Love him, as long as he's at the head, there's nothing to worry about.

Players love playing for him because he knows how to bring the best out of a group of players with different personality. Not too strict tactically and gives player more freedom.
