Madrid played in their own box without even an attempted shot for more than 93 minutes. They played like a small team and the best team lost. City should have played more directly in both legs and City players should have played more like Doku. Too many diagonal passes. Madrid's most of CL wins in the past are undeserving, and I can't say the same thing for other clubs. I personally enjoy small teams defending like the 2004 Greece national team but imagine that Greece national team happen to appear on every World or European cup.
