Anne divorced. Randy divorced . Charles divorced. His Camil divorced. Not much family stability with these people. The cult followers say that the monarchy provides stability but they dont explain how it does that. Henry VIII divorced two of his wives and the other two were BEHEADED-! Hanged, Drawn and Quartered. The "drawing" part actually comes first and it involves the convict being tied to a type of sled that's "drawn" or dragged behind a horse all the way from the prison to the gallows. Then he was hung by a rope tied from the gallows and around his neck. After a few terrifying minutes of near-asphyxiation, the rope was cut and the man fell down. Then his penis and testicles were cut off, his bowels were pulled out, his heart, was cut out and all were burned before him in a fire. Next, his abdomen was slit open from groin to sternum. His head was severed from his body and his body cut into four quarters to be disposed of at the king's pleasure. The body parts were then taken on a publicity tour and distributed to the surrounding towns as a warning to those who would challenge the authority of the king. One of the main reasons for doing all of this was to demonstrate the absolute power of the monarchy. Burning at the Stake was another awful way to be killed. Geez, I am so tired of the press or media referring to H & M as “a young couple“ when they were approaching middle age, both in their LATE 30s when they met. Both of them were hardly “young” or implied innocence if you get my drift. The number of times either one of them has been “around the block” would be easily in the dozens. I’m sure. 🙄

The notion of age for millennials is much different than for the previous (and, strangely, following: many 30somethings I know act and sometimes look my age, and I'm in my early 20s) generation, plus they did have a youthful appearance and mostly demeanour, especially compared to the people around them. Also, middle age is, like, 50.

This is a fact that simply could not be overcome with the Queen going against her very own truths and beliefs with her overruling the Catholic Church on divorce of which she was considered to be the Head of in Britain. Diana still being alive, and Charles wanting to marry Camilla for the Queen and the continuation of the Royal Family as a Reigning Monarchy, went above and beyond simply yet again giving into her spoiled rotten son...she was aging, Phillip was nearing the end of his life and the Queen knew that Charles as her successor NEEDED to have a woman by his side as Queen once he took the throne after her passing (or as Charles so desperately wanted it...prior to her passing) because though she was his mother FIRST...she was indeed The Queen of England and her subjects and her duties to her subjects needed to come first so they would continue in their respective beliefs that the Royal Family was still necessary and relevant. The Queen knew deep in her heart that Charles could never successfully reign as King of England without a Queen...that being Camilla since she was the only woman on planet earth who could keep him in line and focused on the tasks he would need to be focused on as King (not just his "SAVE THE PLANET" BS). I believe that the Queen did NOT make the final decision to have Diana killed, but I do however believe that she did not stand in the way or try and stop what would eventually become of Diana...that being her untimely death from that car wreck that was 100% perpetrated by Ghost Protocol deep within MI6. If Harry would've really thought about it and listened to William not to rush into marriage and get to know the she wolf better, none of this would've happened and she would've had a different victim. Harry would've went along with whoever married him. I just wished he'd married someone that would've influenced him to do better, basically the opposite of most of the choices he's made. The choice of him stepping back from royal duties wasn't bad. It's the way he did it and his choices after. He could've done it successfully had he kept all his family relations good and had he chosen to meet his girlfriend/ wife's family- which would've shown character even if they didn't work out.

There is a difference between tragedies and scandals. Tragedies are what we have no control over and stuff that just comes our way. Scandals are out of our own doing for drama and attention usually. Me-gain was similar to Diana in that they both depended on the media for an emotional uplift. Racism obviously is cruel but Megan could use this for attention just as Diana could use Charles' affair for attention. This reminds me of Diana who was always looking for some form of notoriety and would help Andrew Morton write a book about Charles! However, Diana got away with everything and yet Harry always tries to imitate Diana and is hated when he writes a book!? Hmmm. Maybe different rules for different genders and generations....

In Britain, their Prime Ministers can change as often as our Presidents, but, the one advantage that Britain has always had is Queen Elizabeth II who has guided all of her 11 Prime Ministers for over 70 years. That's a lot of wisdom she has provided to them all in her weekly meetings with the Prime Minister. That longevity has helped Britain over the past 70 years in many ways. For only one thing, the British Royal family has contributed greatly to tourism in Britain. The British Royal family "sells" many of the products made in Britain on the world-wide stage. For just one example, when Kate Middleton wears a British-designer dress, they sell out of it world-wide and the same can be said about both her children's outfits (George and Charlotte) which sell tremendously world-wide. That's billions (not millions) of pounds that is brought into Britain and that's only clothing products. For so many years, the British Royal family have become a "Brand" which sells most successfully in the global economy thereby benefitting their homeland in tremendous ways. So, for these young (dumb) people who think it's a good idea to get rid of the Royal Family. Think again! And, this time, take a hard look at what they cost (200 Million pounds ) versus the Billions of pounds they bring in. It's a no-brainer to keep them right there in place. Bob L.

As an American, I used to support the Harry & Meghan union. Yet after years of observation, I feel like she's just a really charming, convincing narcissist... & having been with one in my 20's that I also had kids with, I don't throw that term around loosely! She claims that she was being naive about the press, when it came to being with Harry & thats such a lie! She knew very well what press could be like, because she ran in those celebrity circles. She may not have been A list celebrity, but her show was popular enough, to where she got certain kinds of attention & I'm sure, KNEW. at least from others in the industry, what it can be like. So I don't by that for a second. In my mind, I have respect for the royal family being very cautious about allowing non royals to marry in so quickly. I think Harry was desperate for a love match like his brother & met his match in Meghan, but I don't mean that in the same way that William & Katherine developed their connection & eventually married. They did it the right way, & Katherine definitely went through the test of fire, when it came to media scrutiny. For Harry & Meghan to marry, when Meghan already had a taste of what she was in for & then convince him to leave, is just a cop out... & the also, the part that really gets me, is how they expected certain royal treatment to continue, when they were no longer acting as royal public servants, in which case, they would be able to benefit from what all that comes with. It's like, you don't leave one job, hop into another & tell the previous job that you still want to be paid or supported for work that you're not doing with/for them anymore. It's absolutely ridiculous! Also, from what I've heard in these documentaries, the Queen actually gave them a full year to go live an independent life & decide if they wanted to pursue that all the way, & if they didn't, then they could come back, no judgment. Yet they turned that offer down. I can only imagine how much of all of this added to Queen Elizabeths' deteriorating, because if you think about it, Harry talks like NONE of them are family & he has his own family to be focused on & if Harry was the favorite, & if there WERE family members who tried to be of support to BOTH he & Meghan, then the fault, especially at this point, is on he & Meghan, because they feed eachothers' insecurities & call it love.

It is upsetting that the younger princesses could not do their part to help the elderly Senior Royals including the Queen. Here she is having to continue the part when others were trying to avoid from helping out included "Duke and Duchess of Sussex" made the decision to leave the Royal Firm 2020 was so upsetting to the Queen but she was absolutely strong to stand against these two wanting to have security but I believe it was the money so they can continue to do as they want without any further obligation to the Queen? Their children would grow up together, and the sight of the Family Unit , would really have shown brightly! The mere fact that Queen Elizabeth , the reigning Queen with her great wisdom stayed out of politics, and was critically against the European union; which against her will, but with public outcry, and the Supreme Court , and with the prime minister speaking with the Queen and releasing some of the conversation was truely a bad move. Queen Elizabeth was not only a true Royal and her decisions were for the first and foremost for the people of Britain and should always be remembered and recognized as it seems she successfully succeeded. The question now, why is the Monarchy crumbling right before our eyes. Dying, disappearing, sick , and in total upheaval? There is more to the Prince Brothers and things and family are split , unsure, unreported or reported without explanation....Queen Elizabeth would surely set them straight in a New York minute... now who will do the job? Whom can be relied upon? How many fumbles do you get , if you are a Royal , but certainly not acting as such? The future of the Monarchy, lies in Williams , unsteady sway ...without reports of Kate , and reports on assuring the people of the stability at the moment only has made a situation more fragile & weak. Suspicion , rumors , social media and the future King appearing as if he hasn't a care, will be the end, if someone in the Royal Family does not stand up and stand out, to prove they are United, even through disagreements, divorce , death and most of all , hold yourself accountable to who you serve, is the most important of keeping the monarchy alive.Royalty can be obtained through birth, but outstanding public opinion and a true family held together through any strife & stress, wrongs or rights, and to sometimes, not rule from above, but reign over the good of all , excepting that we all are part of something bigger and that there is a real true savoir that we all must answer to. A big deal was made out of ER II's mixing her own dog food to feed that army of corgis. They never tell you that the horde of chefs, sous-chefs, kitchen maids prepped everything, and all she did was stir it and serve it from a silver bowl, no less. They don't tend their own wardrobes, or dust their own furniture, or rake their own leaves, or check the air pressure of their own tires. Someone helps them bathe, dresses them, transports them, and briefs them on their outing. They shake hands, make small talk, turn over a mound of dirt, pull a ribbon cord, pull down a couple yards of fabric. They say a few words from cards, then get ferried home where they eat a meal someone else has prepared (which they don't clear away), and the process is repeated for an evening gala. They wear shoes that cost more than most make in a week, frocks that cost more than most earn in a year, jewels that cost more than most earn in a lifetime. All on the taxpayers dime.
