The way forward NOW is to form and organize Student--Governments in most Campus & colleges , and form in USA and Canada and Mexico the networks of these student -- governments , to pass on critical security experiences and other daily needed activities and responsibilities done collectively with Direct Democracy , referundums of students' demands ! The Colleges or university presidents should be restricted to general administration only , acting under Student Governments' overseeing and democratic matters asked for by student referundums ! Develope strong ties with local populations too Etc... Etc.... ! * * * *
