    @robinsuj@robinsuj2 жыл бұрын
    • Yes! I actually reccomend just catching like 20 random Pokémon (higher levs are better) everytime you go out to the field. These Pokémon are there just to release and get grit. For those who don’t know, grit is used to IV train your Pokémon (neither IVs nor EVs exist in this game, but the EV levels essentially are like IVs). This makes your mons very powerful and makes your adventuring much easier.

  • A lot of the quality of life changes were needed years ago! I love the move customization and would have made HMs more bearable back then by having a Pokémon learn it but not have the move in their current main set. Also love the fact that trading is no longer necessary to getting certain forms or how evolving is not automatic anymore so an everstone or constant evolution interruptions is no longer needed to keep preferred forms. Hope these become staples in future games.

If they use that time, they will be able to make something really special. Imagine an open world with 3 routes to complete- catching, contests, and gyms+league. You could choose whichever one you want to do without being tied to any particular path. Going to different towns would involve traversing through wilderness and dirt/paved roads if you want to make a beeline. Your story would be considered complete based on which quest line you follow, and you can do the others

And the render distance isn't something you can argue with though that is an issue. even if you dont mind the bad graphics like me, i genuinely dont mind bad graphics, its mostly the VERY noticeable render distance. And its not the switch limiting it. BOTW was made for wii u. its just gamefreak not knowing how to optimize their games. • This game is so freaking amazing. I haven't played since pokemon X and Y. Thus got me back in. I love how they got rid of EV and IV as I was never a fan, i love easy changing natures, no stupid held items. I love being able to max out the pokemon I actually adventures with as well. Cons: graphics and very generic environments. I also believe gamefreak could've made the pokemon interact more with their environment, like have them swimming, climbing trees, etc., pretty much acting like animals. I also wish they didn't get rid of hidden abilities which were cool, but I do admit it helps keep the grind down.

  • For those that don't know Phonology. A C before an E is pronounces like an S or Ts sound. So Arceus is pronounced that way, not with a K sound. Game Freak doesn't know what they talk about. The japanese Name has an S in it and not a K what is the reason why Arceus is written with a C and not with a K. What do you want as support for that argument? Phonological rules that apply to the whole language and are even across languages or a person from Game Freak?
