In this video I form the Earth's Core to the inside of one of the hybrid globes I've been making ..I used polyurethane resin coloured with mica powders and made a stand from an offcut of mallee burl ..

  • Okay. I'm a geologist. I watched mouth agape while you carved and turned the globes. Right now, my jaw is on the floor watching you create this. Me and my friends would "Thunderdome" each other to have this piece of art. I have no words. Thanks for sharing your love for your hobby with us.   • I've started late with this stuff. Been doing manual and cnc machining for about 1.5 years and I'm 31, went to school and got a job at a shop I shadowed at while schooling. Your and a channel called Engineer BRUNS were what got me into it the first place. There is somthing magic about making stuff like this. Thankyou for the videos and please keep them ccoming!

    • @@tristanschenkel3431 What IF? We all know its flat. I watch the SpaceX launch on Saturday and the Earth was obviously flat in the video. It's all doctored. The only true footage of what the earth WOULD look like IF we could go to space, is Asgard in Thor. The ability to fall off the edge.

  • Hi Andy. Another innovative piece of art work. An idea that sprung to mind and yet you created it. If we as humans could cut our planet in half then this would not be far off what it would look like if you get my drift. The earths mantle and crust is depicted in this creation and the colours do it justice. Again very well done.
