@davidhakadoober._1-Ай бұрын
I was curious too. One of those crushers for hire is around 15k per week to hire. But the crushed stone here in TX is worth $65 per ton plus a delivery charge. So the farmer by using Chris to do the work is obviously going to have to pay Chris for his machines, time, fuel etc. So he is either going to save himself a lot of money for future roads, or sell it for a very handsome profit. How many tons will be stockpiled by the end of this project is anyone guess.

@letsdig18, to clean out all the junk from the recirculating conveyor, can't you lower chute at the top that that diverts the recirculated material into the hopper? Wouldn't that let you divert all the recirculated junk out to left side of the crusher? Alternatively, perhaps at the bottom of the recirculating conveyor you can fold down those two access panels and use your excavator bucket to catch the recirculated material before it falls onto the conveyor.

Really?? I’m from East central Wisconsin 50 miles SW of GreenBay and we have grass 4” tall and flowers out. WOW crazy how much of a difference it is.. we only got snow 3 times the whole winter though.
@@crandonborth do you know Gary Zahringer and the whole Zahringer family members they are from Stockbridge Wisconsin and they still can't get to there cabin that's a mile away from my house in Grand View Wisconsin. We finally had sun today for the first time in 8 days and the temperature was 45 degrees Fahrenheit and from now on looks like it's going to be getting warmer every day from April 1st. I have lived in northern Wisconsin near lake Superior's south shore in Bayfield county Wisconsin in a small town of Grand View Wi since I was born in 1959
@@genegustafson1665 Haha no I don’t know them… we have been in the 50’s for a bit now and have hit 70°’s twice so far this spring. I’m not joking when I say the grass is almost ready to be mowed. 😂
Hi Chris! It’s been just over 7 months since you got the Hyundai 330, I’d love to hear your thoughts and review of it! I know when you were buying it, you said it would only get 80 hours a year, and I think it got that in the first month! Maybe once you finish this crushing job and stuff slows down a little bit, it would be cool to get a walk around and talk through of everything you like and dislike.
Them flies came from Rocky .
Hey Chris!! I’m guessing all of this is just a part of an overall much bigger plan you have. It must be a a pretty big job lined up for all this road base you’re making. Lotza outlay, Lotza work, Lotza hard wear on the machines, Lotza sweating and more yet to come. Hope all the ducks line up for you. Cheers Bloke!! (Keen to see the rest of the plan come together)
Look like you are making quick progress of crushing the concrete.
When I was feeding crusher in a quarry, I would walk out to the side and reach as far as I could and dump it In over the side, we worked 14 hours a day, and average 1800 tons a day making 3 to 4 different materials, the foreman didn't want to move the crusher so i had to jam the hopper full, walk back and cast rock ahead and keep the hopper full, those were long days
amazing how it removes rebar and stack it
Sorry fot the little critter that was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but the area is looking really good with all the work you have been doing there, always great when you can relay on guys to come and help when it gets a bit over whelming, and that you can count on people like Charlie. all that dang rebar, can be a bit of a pain, but glad the machinery spits it out, somewhat.
Get em all Chris you heartless killer lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 they are really hard on turkey 🦃 nests and quail and pheasant nests also bud opossum and hard on them also and coyotes and Bobcat's hi everyone from northwest Missouri 😢😢
What will you use the rock for road Beds on different job
This landowner has Chris building a multi mile Interstate road system on this property so I think this is for internal use.
I don't know how you do it, you can even make crushing rock interesting
Is It Silt Fence?
As happy as I am for everyone that's made it in life I sure could use more work seeing a farmer that could not only afford to put down many tons of concrete but also pay to have it dug up and crushed amazes me
I was curious too.
In a way this is kinda bringing back old videos of when you was playing with the rock hole at hhe veteran clinic and they had to blast everything to move out. Fun times the new teeth afterwards 😬
You're going to ready for another pond job after this one.
Should have a live feed camera on the end of your stick so you could see in the hopper
Trust me dude it could have been skunks ask me about that... Used to operate at hardwood chio mill great vidz
Looks like Chris finally got that Gremlin hord and their cousin Murphy family cousins evicted. He's seriously crishin' now.
Once Again a nice video… how much bigger is the 330 yards then the 220?? Nice machines… 👍🏻👍🏻
What are the economics of this? Cost per ton? And what is crushed concrete sell for ?
That was Raccoon Lube.
You'd think one of those expensive crushers would have a front to back hydraulic leveling system?
first jobsite casualty
Will you have to replace the teeth and cutters on both excavator buckets after going through this much concrete?
It was definitely a better day, except for the poor ol racoon. Maybe soon you'll win to better cleaner stuff.
I got to be the first viewer 8 seconds after you posted it Chris 😂 First time I ever came this close and I got to be the first, have a good one Chris love the videos
Guess you'll be glad when you dog off this job right chris but its all in a days work you could walk the tipple belt over about 3 feet that give you lots over burden drop
use your pile as a dirt screener instead of dancing with the conveyor
just out of curiosity, are there a lot of operators that watch this channel, or is it mostly people who have never operated? personally, I am an operator and love watching the meticulous work done.
Ok I’ve been watching you on a 12 inch iPad for 8 or 9 years and I’ve gotten a Roku and just watched you on a 47 inch tv and I’ve got to say big difference and the stuff you can see on a tv is really cool 👍👍👍👍👍👍
this is why people bury it and dont reuse it... so much goes into crushing it plus its difficult...
You should pick up a Komatsu PC 8000 and be done with the job in 1 hour! 😂
Hey Chris when your uncle told you to go pound rocks he was just kidding! lol
So how long would a very experienced concrete recycling crew taken to complete this first phase? Id guess less than a week obviously theyd have more specific equipment?
Chris, you'll be glad to see the end of this. You have the patience of Job, as I see it. Just a pity you could not have had someone there to keep check on the crusher all the time. Are people not willing to work anymore ? Greetings from Australia
Thanks for the video like it , Chris I wish you aDD MORE THEN 1000.Sucriber .
He Has 661,000 subscribers.
@chrismadge5472 He should have 1661000 subs. If everyone that watches would just subscribe. It's not right to watch without being subscribed.
Hey man, when’s that thumb showing up for the Hyundai?
Boy O Boy the move to the other site and you’ll have 3-4 days of clean up at this site. So how big a hole can that 330 dig to bury all that mess 😂😂
Lot’s of rock crushing again lot’s of work still
Poor Rocky went for a riding
