  • 6:05 the beauty of volleyball. Nishida running back and forth. In such a rush moment, there's no communication at all, you just wait if the setter give you the ball or not but you're already a ticking bomb, in position, waiting to explode. That's the beauty of the sports.

  • What's most impressive is him hitting consistently around 340cm. For a guy of his height, I don't think anyone else can do that. Not even much taller ones. Sekita's also incredible at setting with that accuracy. No wonder he plays on the national team with a height of only 176cm.

  • With how on point those tosses are, this might as well be a Crazy Volleyball Sets by Masahiro Sekita video. Yes, I know Fujii is in there, he's awesome too, but Sekita just murders you before you know what's up. It's ridiculous how casual he makes it look, like you never know where the ball is going. Also, Ishikawa doing his thing with the fake spike-to-set. Awesome stuff.
