What about the epos h6 pro?
Does the hyperX have 7.1 sound?
And is the Alpha Cloud non wireless also an option?
@@cyFlame i think there is one that is wired
@@Ghost_Riley_TF141 yea the alpha s has 7.1 and wire
WTH happened?? I was watching the video, for a minute, then a train ran over me!!! Dude the audio volume mismatch is terrible!! In a headset video!!
Hey! I am doing a little bit of research on which gaming headsets are the best ones. I am getting my boyfriend a new pair for christmas and would like to hear your suggestions. He wants a pair with detachable mic. He currently has the Corsair Gaming HS60 Haptic. I want the ones I buy to be better than those or as good. Thank you.
Hyperx Cloud alpha s blackout. Good looking and good performance
EPOS H6Pro is great imo the mic is magnetic too so it pops right off
What about hs80 Corsair wirleress
only down side of hs65 for me is it not has an onboard memory. the default sound out of the box is weird (and even more awkward when come to gaming, music listening and watching movie.) however the cinema preset is so good and work good with every thing. but you have to run icue app (which is a bit heavy and slow loading) every time for it.
I own the headset and it was great but not durable. The piece that connects the speaker to the band broke. It did not even last a year.😢
For my problem , eacup for the left side already came off and I couldn't put it back on even though I bought new earcups :) . So I dont know if I should buy a new headset HS65 Surround or trying other headset that is similar value with HS65 because I want the feature of sound that we can setting such as Bast Boost feature on ICUE software tho ..
Can u do a wired list wireless just disappointed me the last 5 years or so
Are there any new headsets about to be released soon or is this really it for the holidays ?
My barracuda x mic died after barely a year of usage😭 and i was taking care of it, idk it's just me tho and so i had to buy a new headset. However when my razer barracuda x worked it was working pretty well.
I read online that the sound is a little muffled. Did you experience that too?
@@NandineeM20 nah appart from the mic problem the sound was pretty good only time when it bugged a lil bit was when the headset has rlly low battery
@@snip_9013 thank you for replying :) i think i might get that headset then!
which would u say is better the barracuda or hyperx cloud 2 wireless
that intro was way too loud

Blew my brains out
Yep, unnaturally loud compared to the talking! How did they not notice?
The Mic of the Razer Black Shark V2 IS removable (I know I have one on my head right now x) )
You probably have the pro version.
Where is the Audeze Maxwell ? (The other videos place it on top)
How do you leave out the best high end gaming set. The Audeze Maxwell.
because the warranty doesn't cover specific, inevitable problems
@@AquaLady153what are the problems
@macca-fg5ec the drivers crinkle after a while. Many people have this issue, and long-time users suggest steering clear of these.
I have a laptop and dont have 2 jacks, will the quality be okay with the one jack? Black shark v2x
As long as the single jack is for audio and mic you'll be fine, my soundcard on my PC has only 1 3.5mm jack for combined mic and audio and it works perfectly.
What about audeze maxwell?
Does anyone know if the razer barracuda x works with Xbox?
Yeah
The mic test ?
my man forgot the blackshark v2 pro 2023 ....
I am really really confused on what to buy for FPS competitive gaming combined with streaming, I don’t care for the budget I want something that’s it’s just worth the money compared to performance. Razer Blackshark v2 pro? Razer barracuda? Steel series arctic nova pro? Astro a5 Nothing from the above? Are the hyper really that good for their price/performance ratio?
The new Astro A50X from Logitech is your best option
@@vitomico23 thank you for your recommendation! I mean they sell headphones and it's like watching MasterChef. 😂. Are we about to take a look and buy what's more aesthetically impressive?
One question: Nova Pro Wireless or Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023?
Nova pro solos the competition my man.
The HyperX Alpha has low volume overall but waaaaay to loud when shooting in CoD for example. You can't have high enough volume to hear footsteps without getting deaf when shooting
Use an equaliser
@@tylerkane8741 can't equalize gunshots from other similar sounds ingame, its the built in surround sound that's fucking it up. And you can't turn that off
@-mushi unplug it from the surround sound and connect stright to pc, might need a Y connector for both mic and sound, fixed the jssue for me
at least it's realistic right?
@@Keister00 Yeah, but I play video games to escape reality😄
these all are good gaming headset, but music sound wise they are all mid at best
Blackshark V2 does have removable mic.
3:34 Corsair virtuoso se battery life won’t last 20 hours it’s only 12 hours sound quality good but kinda low Don’t recommend it if the battery matters
Yeah why are they saying 20? I bought one and now I'm thinking about replacing it >.>
is it comfy?? and also, do you know the diferences between the se and the normal one?@@callmetarif
This is a paid advertisement
Barracuda x doesn't get anywhere even close to half of 50 hours.
I think I lost hearing after that intro music. my earsss
i had steelseries artic pro snaped them in haft on purpose , got tired of being angry eatch and every single day due to connectivity after 1-2 years of usage .
i have same problem to bro . its very good bat after 2 years battery and connection
Bro I’m there after only having them like 4 months. Apparently it sounds like I’m “speaking in a bucket” to all my teammates after hours of troubleshooting. Shits crazy
Can the blackshark V2 be used in mobile?
yep
I lost all trust with Steelseries when I dropped $100 about two years ago on a headset that felt like cheap plastic. It suffered from the same problem most headsets have. A trash microUSB port that wears down fast and eventually stops charging.
I had the same 10 years back when I bought one for around $150. The build quality was atrocious and the sound was relatively bad to studio headphones (which I only realized later). I don't know if SteelSeries has stepped up their game since then, but when I switched to a pair of similarly priced studio headphones, I was shocked at how much better the sound and build quality of those were. Before I bought my SS headphones, I saw them recommended everywhere and have seen that trend continue for years (although people mostly recommend HyperX nowadays). I think most people recommending SS (at least the older models) are kids that have never tried actually good studio headphones with a separate (or attached) microphone.
@@JHAG94same here. SS seems to be really popular but comparing them to a previous $30 headset with no issues. The connectivity issues is ridiculous especially for the price.
@@JHAG94 yeah no it's terrible. the part of my steelseries arctis pro (bought it with gamedac, so wired) that connects the bar with the earpiece was plastic and started cracking on the earpiece, eventually making it disconnect. it's now glued together as I'm searching for a new headset that's durable and has great audio quality.
This needs to be talked about more in headset reviews. My steel series and my turtle beaches broke and it’s because they’re cheap and made with shitty plastic.
I appreciate that info. Looking for replacements for my ASTRO A50s. They had that exact problem as well.
Redragon Ire pro
0:11 bruh she aint playing
Fix the audio volume! Intro was so loud
THE CORSAIR VIRTUOSO IS BY FAR THE BEST HEADSET IVE EVER USED!!!! The sound is amazing and the mic is too!! All you need is to change out the earmuffs for a thicker one (15usd) and you'd be amazed at how it performs for gaming, movies and music!! Not only that, at an affordable price point too!!
I couldn’t stand the sound of it. Wy too bassy for me. After about 10 uses the bluetooth dongle stopped working and I couldn’t use the Bluetooth feature anymore. Not to mention I’d have to turn it on and off again because the sound was backwards on start up. I will never buy this headset again. For the price it will never be worth my time.
I bought the corsair virtuoso wireless and it sounded like shit. Even after 4 hours of research and equalizer adjustments it sounded like a broken piece of garbage. Bruhh
@@blood_lad4073 that’s what I’m saying 😂
don't know sir but for me it truly is amazing for both gaming and watching movies and what not 0,0@@blood_lad4073
did you try bass boost setting in the eq? @@blood_lad4073
Is this a second channel from waroul?
Razer blackshark v2 actualy has removable mic
Hi, I think your sounds guy messed up. The sound of the video is like 50% and then at ~1:00 the intro comes in at 100%. This blasted my ears to shreds.
Exactly. How ironic that a video about headphones has ear-damaging audio level problems.
I have been watching so many You Tubers talking about headsets, but NOT ONE of them cares about telling if the headset itself, or the device driver , support VOLUME BALANCE! It is frustrating, since I have hearing problems and need balance the sound. Usually 100% to the right ear and 52% on the left..so PLEASE, include this in headset reviews..
Every headset that has the own hub you can adjust this. I think so.
Use a mixer, voice meeter banana for example
this whole video was 100% an ad 😂 as there's a lot of these headphones that are not great when compared to other headset out there.
Lemme know bruh im tired of searching
@@Deadhumie I ended up going with 2 sets, Turtle Beach Stealth Pro - great ANC and bass is pretty decent. and the EPOS H6Pro with the EPOS GSX 1000 2nd edition DAC and these 2 headsets are by far the best headsets I've found for under 300-400$
@@-TechLegacy- I appreciate it but im looking for the top headsets for around 70-120$ im building a pc and need one that wont break my budget
@@-TechLegacy- the ones on my list are the hyperx cloud 2, razor barracuda x, razor blackshark v2 pro

Logitech435?
Best gaming headset 2024 UPLOADED: 2023
Audeze Maxwell
you video is meaning less. Obviously increase the price will increase the quality. Rather show similar price range headsets and compare them.
On the thumbnail i can see the Logitech G733 (the wite one). A warning to people DON'T buy that headset. The price for what i got it for is €129 ($140,95). After using it (testing is the better word) i send it back and they returned my money. Postives. 1. Looks clean and lightweight. 2. It's comfy, very comfy. Negatives. 1. No onboard memory, so settings like RGB won't save and you have to turn it off everything you use the headset. 2. Mic mute button does not work properly, for me it worked at first.. after a on/off the mute button stopped working. 3. Volume button does not work, or works at first and then nothing. 4. Volume is very quiet, i had to put my system volume (Windows 10) on 70 before i could even hear anything. My old headset (Logitech G933) had system volume (Windows 10) on only 40.
what do u recommend? and what are u using now?
@@EriX88888 I still use my old one Logitech G933. Have not bought a new one yet, i bought new RAM instead of a new headset :)
oh thank you bro @@TheDutchMan83
I got the nova pro and they were a huge letdown. They didn’t compare to my a50’s when it came to gaming. The overall sound was higher quality but had less directional capability. I had a lot of trouble pinpointing where people were coming from unlike my a50’s. Even after tweaking the eq settings I could never find one that would work well. Eventually I ended up returning them and getting a pair of a40’s
Hey have you ever used your a50’s for siege? Trying to find the best headset for r6
yes i have. I loved the a50's for siege and personally i think they're amazing. I would recommend using the a40's with the mixamp and mod kit though. It would total out to around the same price, with better audio quality. Wired headsets are gonna have better audio quality than wireless headsets. I also have eq's for siege with both headsets.@@tropic_thunda1087
Ha! That's weird, because the A50 just sounds horrible in every way, I love Astro and some of their products are just unbeatable but the Astro headphones have always been inferior to Steelseries, Corsair and Audeze.
The Nova Pro Wireless are awesome..I actually don't own them now because I like to change things up all the time and try different things on the market (it's more of a side hobby to my gaming)..but if you know how to EQ them properly they are awesome... I actually never used the steelseries app though,I used the Dolby Atmos app(I have the license)..I find it much easier and better to use 👍
@@TheAtkinson118 I have a very easy time using eq softwares. It’s just a problem with the headphones imaging. Sound quality is good, directional audio is bad.
alright corsair ohhhh corsair so my headphone fell out of its socket after taking it off... i swear to you i took it off and now its all fucked and i cant get it back on i would really appreciate for someone to help me because ive had these for a month didnt know i had to be the carful lest man in the world for these headphones ive looked everywhere and all it is is earpads but not earphone so i dont know how to fix it
Cloud alpha wireless and cloud 2 wireless are the way to go.
Idk about alpha but I have Cloud 2 wireless for less than a year and the plastic bracket on the slider snaped after 6 months. I do have a big head but still.
There’s a cloud 3 out now and it’s the best by far for fps shooters
@@kaaugs16do you have it?
@@300mrwa Those broke on my regular Cloud 2 as well, seems to be some sort of design flaw. Although it took over 6 years for mine to break.
@@kaaugs16 the cloud 3 personnaly is the worst headset I had . I keep earing Poping sound on both side
So what is the best headset with great sound and great mic?
the new razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 has the best mic and it has really good sound
@@Muzzymart_I have had this headset for 1 year now and it is really bad. Now it is at that point where the mic cuts out all the time and is really muffled and straight up dogshit. Audio is still really good, but the mic is so shit. The headset doesn’t have a long reach either and sometimes it disconnects and reconnects many times.
@@Muzzymart_its too expensive, in my country its around 250usd
@@Muzzymart_any other recommendation around 100usd?
I'll stick with my Astro A50's.
Cloud alpha isn’t good bc HP took over, it’s too bassy and has no depth to it
I'm sorry, but the hell is the guy at 0:15 doing?!

Razer barracuda x mic is trash and you can’t even play with it in razer synapse

As a PC shooter gamer, which will be my best choice between those 2 headsets (for ear cooling and longer battery life) - Razer Blackshark v2 pro - Razer Barracuda pro
Thank you, PC shooter gamer
razer blackshark v2 pro (2023) beats all these gaming headsets. Price wise, mic clarity, and such makes it the best gaming headset of 2023
