Right, but as far as updates and tools for flashing it via a computer, I wouldn't bet on it. $169 can get you a decent Samsung midrange like the A13, A14 or A23 with much better support. Just sayin'.

You know if they werent outright trying to scam you and marketed this as a legit product, it would be a really solid budget phone
Unfortunately we live in a world where people are willing to buy fake brands just to “fit in” like Patrick Bateman would say. And I guess the manufacturer of these devices knows it.
Actually there are tons of these no name brands that actually have really good specs for a low price, but the issue is you won't find them outside of China/SEA, and even there you really have to look for them because people would rather buy Samsung/iPhone/Xiaomi for their brands. Also the thing with these phones is that they don't have the best battery and are more to impress at first rather than last, and that is partly why not many people buy them either. Also if you need to fix them, you don't really have any brand repair shop to go to, and you have to take it to some corner one where the phone will lowkey come out in a worse condition than it came in, because it's some 17 years old kid with screwdriver and 0 f*cks to give fixing it. So I don't really think those products will catch on anywhere really and they didn't catch on in SEA or China either. That's why you simply don't see them. You only see those fake iPhone brands because some people will actually buy them to fit in with others, or to feel good, I don't know. Anyways same problems apply. Battery will probably not last long after a month of using it.

fun fact: the easter egg shown was the 11 one but the 2nd 1 was turned to a 3, and the normal s23 has the snapdragon 8 gen 2 (source: i own an s23)

Sure that's what G-CPU shows, but the internal storage could be a 16 gigs flash card just looped around 8 times (faked) to show 128 GB. One you fill up the first 16 gigs, it starts overwriting the first part. Not saying that's exactly what they've done, but can't really trust a fake iPhone either. lol
@@BillAnt It could have done with a tear down, check the actual chip model numbers. There is also another app that is good at showing most of the real specs of these fake phones.

It's quite a lot of phone for the price. Compared to old welcome phones that were just ewaste, there has been some consideration of delivering a solid user experience. You just have to trust welcome with all your data.

What's really messed up is those are the specs of the international a04 and previous a12. Like it's not actually a bad chip and is still pretty well represented. Problem: I don't think any of them read the ram correctly. 8gb is more ram than any other pairing for the p35 I can think of and I even looked it up to find another phone with more. The closest was the oppo a54 and the galaxy a12 that could have 6gb of ram. Kind of odd but whatever. It's acutally still a capable(if low end chip), but it's also.. priced higher than buying many of the phones with the same hardware..
and go to select your operator on settings to see if it actualy is even 4G

The real specs are good for the price. So you're not missing out on much if you buy it. A good reason to buy these "fake" phone is that the dimension and button placement are often the same as the real phone. So you can use the cases of an actual Iphone for these phone. Which is a huge benefit because actual budget phone severely lack case option... Some really good budget phone don't even have cases...
