The Biden administration rolled out new Title IX rules today, the changes expand protections for LGBTQ+ students. Victims of campus sexual assault will also get new safeguards under the updated guidance.

At college's men have no due process. It is really bad. Get accused get kicked out. Men should not go to college. Go to trade school, or enter the work force with a good paying job.

I think this guy just said that it's the president's job to "reinterpret" Title IX. Reinterpreting law is not the job of any elected official, or there is no law. Brandon can reinterpret his teleprompter.
