  • I love how the partners in these videos are always friends. The Kongs like each other, Sonic & Tails are like brothers, Leon and Link aren't annoyed by Ashley and Navi unlike basically every single other parody in existence, Kirbo loves his friends... it adds a layer of wholesome to the chaos.

  • I know a ton of people have already commented on this, but I gotta add to it: that small bit of Dixie cuddling up to Diddy was ACTUALLY so sweet. Stickerbrush Symphony actually deserves all the love and respect in the world, and not only did you let the song play fairly peacefully, but you had that sweet moment between Diddy and Dixie, and I think it's the juxtaposition of that entire (fairly peaceful) section compared to the zaniness of the rest of the video that makes it stand out more. It's one of my favorite bits you've done in a video in a long time, and I'm SO happy and thankful that you made it the way you did!

IIRC, we have Cranky, Donkey (Cranky’s grandson), and Diddy (Donkey’s nephew). And then we have another family containing Dixie, Tiny (Dixie’s sister), Kiddy (Dixie’s cousin), and Chunky (Kiddy’s brother). And then Lanky is possibly someone’s cousin, but we don’t know. It seems like “Kong” is either a common last name, or just a descriptor of these various apes.

  • This was one of the most difficult games I ever beat. I remember doing those roller coaster levels over and over and over again. The beehive levels were ROUGH. The bird race through the bramble near the end was extremely frustrating but it’s definitely a rewarding experience. What a great video. Makes me want to play the game all over again.

It felt so good. I totally wasn't expecting such a perfect moment. It makes me want to have moments like this in my life. No one has ever loved me like that. This song has always evoked feelings of nostalgia, sadness, and hope within me. To have it combined with this moment makes it all the more powerful.
