  • That first round was amazing. Back and forth. I thought it was over a couple times...all those muscles are fantastic for short periods of explosive power. But there's a reason why most MMA fighters don't look like bodybuilders. That muscle uses so much energy man...

    • Com todo o respeito, mas não concordo com nenhum dos dois! A idade nesse caso não foi o fator determinante para o Ngalani perder e sim o Jiu-jítsu potente que o Alexandre botou pra cima dele. E por fim, dizer que um cara que foi 4x campeão mundial de Muay Thai nunca foi bom, é no mínimo uma burrice…

    • @@flaviojunior9920 falou besteira irmao. Claro que a idade influência ali pq por mais técnico em jiu q o cara seja é impossível não ter desgaste. Óbvio q o brasileiro tinha um jiu melhor porém se fosse muito melhor teria finalizado. Teve várias chances de fazer várias pegadas pra finalizar e não pegou. O brasileiro tbm estava beeeem cansado soh olhar na volta do do round e aí o amigo q tem 41 anos estava com o gás mais prejudicado

  • Alain had simply gassed out in this fight. Aside from old age, pure lean muscles mostly have endurance issue. They could be very swift and leathal but only on short burst of time.

    • @@andreistoian2096 , I don't think it's a fair question to ask in the 1st place coz there are lots of well muscled men & women that are very good at fighting. It's just that those who are heavily muscled like Alain and others will always have issues with stamina or endurance as they don't have much reserved fuel / energy thru fats. Also, if you wanna talk about those heavy muscled pro bodybuilders, reason for most of them aren't good at fighting because obviously, the eat and breathe by lifting objects in the gym 😁

    • Ngalani is from the same country (Cameroon) and the same tribe (bamileke) as Francis Ngannou. Those guies are incredibly Big, terribly strong, but having no cardio at all. That's their weak point
