This actually worked better for me than £10 sneaker shields. I used a folder same as him, I chose the one with the thickest plastic on the front and back that still had a decent amount of bend in it. Can't feel them when I wear them and it massively reduces the bend in the toe panel while walking. Good job, liked and subscribed.

@@xxxxxx-ln6in You can feel that they're in there, but its not uncomfortable. I think the fact they're based on the exact shape of the shoe as opposed to a generic shape makes it fit better and stay tight to the sides. One of them did slip back a little once and then I could feel it more, so I'm going to see if i can do anything to increase the grip and stop them moving back
The ones I made didn’t work, maybe it’s got to do with the plastic being too thin
@@user-cl8yj8fh8b Probably yes, the plastic itself actually needs to be relatively thick because there's actually quite a lot of force that the shoe gaurd needs to be able to hold in place.
