My name is Victoria and I became friends with two adorable foxes: Alf the Fox and Vasilisa the Fox. They live in my house with me and my husband Alex.
We rescued foxes from fur farms in Russia where animals are bred in captivity for their pelts. But I want to show the world that foxes are special and they deserve a better existence than tiny cages on fur farms. Foxes also have feelings and can feel love for humans too.
If you love foxes, be fur-free. Don't buy and wear animal fur.

    • @Vyacheslav Yes, but not all of them are friendly to humans so they will not be able to live with them. Adding to that, we have everything to fight against fur farms. The more people who will know that foxes are cute, the less people will want to buy animal fur.

    • @@touya_todoroki974 Why do not ban fox hunting if fur farms prevent hunting of wild foxes? 🤔 Why do we need killings at a time when new warm materials exist? 🤷‍♀️ Fighting is normal for foxes. Fox family life is never tranquil, and there is perpetual competition between members. It only looks dangerous but they cannot harm each other.

    • @@touya_todoroki974 Hunting is mildly helpful to rural economics. Fur farming, not so much. Fur farming is cruel and doesn't carry the same domino effect economic advantage hunting does.

  • Foxes are basically dogs and cats fused. When they become officially domesticated.... we'll have the best of both worlds in one lovable package.

    • There are genetically domesticated foxes in Russia. They bred specific foxes that were friendly with humans. You can import them from Russia for like $8,000 or something like that lol.

    • @@chriscampbell3055 Yes, but since 2020, a new law comes into force in Russia, according to which foxes can not be kept at home. In this connection, the Novosibirsk Institute stops to sale those domesticated foxes in the territory of Russia. 🤷‍♀️ So, they are domesticated illegally? 🤔

    • I dunno. There will likely be an added layer of suffering for the foxes if we mass domesticate them...I mean, look at all the abandoned domesticated dogs that we have running around. And all for our enjoyment right? We are the only species that whore out other species for the sake of emotional pleasure.

    • @@legoyoda3546 That's called survival of the fittest. They were basically food for the fox being as vulnerable as they were. They're not being pests, they're animals that survive off of mostly meat. If you didn't want the kittens taken away by a predator(which it could have been anything, lots of animals would take the chance to have something like that to eat because its the perfect opportunity, not just foxes), you should have taken them in and raised them yourself. You can't get upset at an animal for doing whats necessary for them to survive. That fox could have had kits of its own back at its den. And yet you're calling them pests just because they killed and ate kittens? Its *nature.* A fact of life. This happens everyday, everywhere in the wild. It happens on the streets with wild cats and wild dogs. You won't find a dog expressing sorrow over eating a mother deer's fawn. And trust me I've seen dogs eat deer before. I know for a fact they would kill and eat a cat without hesitation if they were starving. They do it because they're hungry and need food for them to live. You would do the exact same thing if you needed food. I'm not saying it isn't sad the kittens are dead. But it was an opportunity for any nearby predator. And the fox took it before anything else could. I adore cats. But I adore animals as a whole.

  • Расскажу случай на рыбалке : еду ранним утром на рыбалку , присел на своем месте ...., сижу и наблюдаю поклевки ( клевало плохо и рыбки ,я не поймал.) Местность там открытая и наблюдаю -- лиса или лис ,прямиком идет ко мне...., ну я , решил угостить гостя своим ,,перекусом,, ( бутерброды с колбасой ) подходит лиса ко мне и беснуясь ,приближается ...., естественно , съедает еду ( мне удалось ее погладить ) и покидает мою обитель ... На следующий день еду опять на рыбалку -- меня встречает эта лиса бежит впереди машины и вдруг ,ложится поперек дороги , я пытаюсь ехать ,но не тут то было лежит и не сместа ...Вообщем ,я опять отдал свои бутеры и поехал на место ..... больше ее не видел --- то ли она ушла на другое место ,то ли нашла себе другого кормилеца....

    • Благодарю 🙏 Лисы, конечно, требуют внимания, но на зверофермах они рождаются доброжелательными (не все, конечно), так что главное, доброта и терпение, чтобы научить их жизни с людьми, а не в клетке. 😉

    • Доброта не знает границ. С вашей подачи, любые животные могут быть одомашнены. Объясните, что необходимо ещё вложить огромные средства и знания для их комфортного существования. Обыватели думают, что все так просто.

    • I believe unless your in a life or death situation fur is unnecessary, if I was out in the middle of nowhere trying to survive and I happen to get a fox, wolf ect best believe I'll respect and use the whole animal.

  • By now, you'd think that civilized people realized the cruelty of fur farms, and that imitation or synthetic fur could create the same appearance in the world of fashion. Foxes are such lovely and intelligent animals.

    • When it's done *just* for looks, that aggravates me to no end. I have no issue with hunting when you're eating it (or part of the population management plan of your local DNR) or using fur when it's called for (cold weather, especially when wet), but looks alone isn't good cause. Not to mention I have issues with the fashion industry as a whole.

The same with hunters who skin and gut animals to sell the natural resources of the animal. Foxes have a lot of predictors and if we get them then the fur is not wasted and I don't know what's done with the meat. I love Foxes so freaking much, like I love them so much and I admire their features, but I will say furs are a good way to get money for support and think of this: Not everyone can work a computer not want to have a job that kills you, and when you're a good hunter and skinner then skinning is a good job, granted deer and moose fur is excellent and the meat is good pay or food, Fox fur is extremely expensive and it's a good thing to sell. Once again I love these beautiful animals, but in the end they are animals and man is on top. Keeping Foxes alive tho I'd a must, but remember when the fur is sold the seller could be supporting a family. P. S. I have worn a fox fur coat before and its much warmer than cheap or expensive fake fur, so it's not all fashion and we mimick fur looks very well so again, not about fashion.

    • @@Avarice297 That's one of the dumbest, most disjointed, self-conflicting replies I've ever read in KZhead. Hunters are always looking for justification for killing animals. In the times we live in, there's really no excuse for it unless you live in the wilderness someplace and there's no grocery store nearby. Foxes aren't meat animals. Anyone who needs food will hunt larger animals like deer, elk, or moose, otherwise they'd have to be killing another small animal day after day. Fur fashion is outdated, and there are synthetic materials that trap the heat just as well, if not better. If people need an income, they should go live where the jobs are and leave the wildlife to live. Some of the most awful videos I've seen are from countries where people eat dogs and have stray dogs rounded up and killed for the fur used on children's toys. I used to watch those videos for my own education, but when I saw one where a man threw a large crate of living puppies from the back of a truck on to a loading dock and laugh, I had to stop. I believe anyone who harms animals, or children, or the elderly to be the lowest form of life.

Если мне надо уехать то я оставляю корм у соседки чтобы она кормила их. Утром кормлю белочек и птичек у себя во дворе.. Зоопарк живой !!!! В знак благодарности они приносят мне всякие пластики, стеклушки. ЛЮДИ ОТКАЖИТЕСЬ ОТ МЕХА И МЯСО !!! Кормите любых животных вокруг вас. И со временем вы познаете любовь и мудрость. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
