The tech visionary joined Costis Maglaras, dean of Columbia Business School, to share lessons from building the tech company into a $1 trillion giant at an event organized by the School's Digital Future Initiative and Silfen Leadership Series.
Highly impressed by Jensen in this interview. He does such a great job at articulating complex things in a way that is easy to understand. That’s key.
Yes, he does.. that required a lot of knowledge to do that
The line that AI won’t take your job but someone using AI will do - is a great one from the best CEO. Thank you for the wonderful interview
Inspired use of FOMO to get people engaged.
But Google just laid off up to 700 emploees as a consequence of AI
Both will happen, my friends! Someone using AI will take your job and also it will take as a consequence of this first factor, all the jobs below AND ABOVE this hierarchy that will not make sense anymore from the economic and productivity perspectives. It is already happening in my field - Architecture & Construction Sectors. It will be a wiiiiillllde ride. A good one! :D
Using this lines so you guys people can fight each other. Not my fault just you guys
If tens of thousands of phrases instead of a thousand words are still not enough for praising the man. Then a single word is still too too too excessive.
This man truly inspires me every time I listen to him talk about the future of computing. A one-in-a-billion CEO and visionary.
Indeed.
The company faced existential threats many times in the past but then coming out better than before. He is someone special as many people highly describe. The company also made many people milionaires.
😂
Jensen is brillant. I watched the whole interview with headphones and I was so immersed and captivated I naturally clapped at the end of the interview.
I listen to so many talks by Jensen, I hesitated to listen to this one. I am glad I did.
Best talk ever! He's the greatest visionary and philosopher, too.
I admire Mr Jensen Huang expertise & leadership in NVIDA and his products are absolutely professional
Mr. Huang is definitely one of the best CEOs in the world. 👍
I watch a lot of business KZheads too. I think this is one of the best. He has definitely perfected his moat.
The force is strong with this one.
At the end of Mr. Huang sharing his future vision of jobs with AI, I was so impressed that I wondered why nobody clapped hands before going into the Q&A session. Btw I agree that managers job is to eliminate his job to do what he really desires to do. He may not have said that way. But I think that’s his message as well. Well done!
No one clapped because those business students were stunned at what they heard from Jensen. He said all the things opposite of what has been fed to them by the b school. The deans said "ultimately it is all about making money." Jensen's purpose and mission was to solve unique problems in the world, not to go after the neighbor's product and defeat them, which is what most b school teaches. Also, Jensen said a few times and gave a thumbs down to "best ceo" award. Silicon valley techie mindset is very different than rubber stamped ivy league MBAs. So, they were too stunned to clap.

Of all the major CEOs, Jensen in my spirit animal.
What an interview, so polite and on point
Excellent interview. Thank you !
Jensen Huang is an amazing communicator and CEO - Wow -
Great speech. The character of the CEO makes the company.
I remember his G-Force graphic card for playing games. He said cheap, but to own one by a college student isn't easy. It is about 3-D. Shooter games must have this. His company evolved, now supercomuter to train AI model is like that graphic card.
Jensen Huang is a genius and great man.
Incredibly funny Jensen Huang! 😅 That makes sense to be surrounded by great human beings, Jensen Huang! 🌞💞 Stay true to yourself. Love and respect human beings. 🌹👽
What a beautiful soul Jensen is. ❤ long live nvidia.
Jensen Huang has an amazing clarity in explaining AI to the public. What a genius!
Albert Einstein If you cannot explain what you are attempting to accomplish to a sixyear-old child, then you are probably not clear about it yourself.
well said, and also true is that rarely anyone could reach that level of clarity when trying to explain what he/she is about to accomplish :D @@user-lu3sx9nx6c
Watching this video with genuine appreciation
I loved the interview, so inspiring!! Go Nvidia !!
Jensen is the closest thing we have to a modern day Steve Jobs. A rare true visionary.
the most inspiring CEO/Human, Jensen Huang! His talk about tech, business, politics, humanity is thoughtful, forward looking, refreshing, he is a true leader and hero of today's world we are in. .
I’ve watched lots of videos of jen, but this from a business school is next level I think because of the host and his open questions that let jen speaks himself <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="313">5:13</a> <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="333">5:33</a>generalist vs accelerated <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="746">12:26</a> <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1198">19:58</a> fun <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1328">22:08</a> growth is about people <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1586">26:26</a> for few minutes <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2410">40:10</a> what is embedding <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2482">41:22</a> <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2691">44:51</a> protein engineering generation Summarize a web page or article must be based on what matters for me it wouldn’t be useful to summarize a article for everyone the same way in near future will be like that summarize that based on my point of view and what’s matter for me <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2940">49:00</a> but in humans life generalist are the one interdisciplinary who connects the dots <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="3106">51:46</a> <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="3116">51:56</a> <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="3528">58:48</a> things about mba
Jensen Huang is the best CEO of this generation. He's up there with the best tech CEO's of all time.
A fantastic wisdom person!! Thank´s for sharing!!
This is very nice , highly impressed. Where I can find Jensen’s first proof of concept that this GPU/DPU is working when it was in first place as he expected. Where I can find that proof step by step procedures that the accelerator card is working as he wanted in his mind and went for production. Can somebody share my any link please if it is there with you ! Thanks in advance.
You should apply for job there. It’s the easiest way✌️
Literally watched it twice, back to back....unreal insight
Seriously. It's insane how packed with wisdom this has.
<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2741">45:41</a> - point of correction on the chapter label: Moore's Law
Interesting interview. Jensen is simply great.
Aku wong cilik bosss .suwun.
Was there a shared memo between CEOs about wearing leather jackets for interviews?
Long live Jensen ❤🙏
<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="2999">49:59</a> agree the clear strategy of the company
Outstanding discussion. Thanks
The Superbird is awesome! This guy knows his stuff.
A very very good explanation!🎉
@<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1048">17:28</a> 100 GB is like 2 DVDs? 😳 Are there commercially available DVDs in retail that can handle that much data?
4k blue ray disks (similar type of physical media as dvd) can hold 100GB.
@striker44 Whoa. I didn't know that.
@kamu747 It can go up even more, technically viable, but market, pricing, user adoption, ecosystem, storage media, etc.. has to align to make it a consumable product. Since market moved to alternative competing products, I think the roadmap to 8k and 16k disks are on hold. I have not followed it closely. Other experts in the comments section may shed some light. Or, search the web if you are interested further.
<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="3364">56:04</a> lol at the cut to the foreign students laughing
Excellent analysis .
1 Hour :- Worth To Spend ❤, Every industrial revolution boost productivity of work we do.
this guy is such a dad
I just wonder if Jense. Would step down as Nvidia leadership and let AI replace him?
Smart boards. Smart man! He said smart phones. Smart is smart. But can we keep it good? Is the question I have. Tech should be always kept harmless. We’re always hearing horror stories and that’s scary as ???? Here’s to keeping it open and trust-worthy. Here’s to keep it clean. Great values great character. Inspiring talk. Thank you for sharing
Excellent…wow …what a brilliant man!!!
West coast Silicon valley techie mindset versus east coast ivy MBA wallstrreet old school minset clearly evidenced here. Jensen is making the MBA profs to rewrite the curriculum. Silicon Valley techies get their MBAs watching youtube! 😂
"Money squirts out" lol 😂 what an incredible CEO
jensen is great, do great things and hard things, brilient thoughts!
Jensen reinvented the wheel by spreading technology ahead of his time with vision and I guess some luck but Nvidia catapulted and revolutionized the industry by doing things no one dares to imagine and it’s possible with the right character as he puts it - not money as the Dean/interviewer wrongfully stated was the end goal for which Jensen chuckled and later humorously stated AI will go after Deans. I learned about computer science and its future watching this video and Columbia has the opportunity to expand a tech program aside from business only curriculum to compete with Silicon Valley. I don’t think Jensen cares about titles or that he’s voted the best CEO but about changing the world and only time will tell if AI is really going to be an advantage to humankind and detrimental to society.
the subtitles are not matched. Is there anyway to adjust
Click it away.
I was clapping so many times, he is so good . Impressed is an understatement!
blight of business school is exactly this -- everything about market share.
when using AI , do you improve productivity... do you hire more people ..
that is a very positive man,he is a positive driver in society
Thank you shares🌍
I imagined a blank page, if you write with the classic size you write a chapter but if you can zoom you can write books on a page, restoring the size on a page means writing books on a single page
Jensen is really a great and funny guy! It's too bad that so few people got his jokes or references. One example was when he said, "Make it so Number 1" That was a line from Star Trek where Captain Jean Luc Picard often says to Will Riker, his first officer. Of all the CEOs that I've seen in interviews, Jensen Huang is the most comedic one. 😆
Love this!
The most important thing in life is choosing The person who is willing to surfer the longest is the one who wins!
Best CEO indeed 😀
Very inspring interview
brilliant!
"100GB is like 2 DVDs" did he mean to say 2 blu-ray? Btw, do tell us about how you destroyed 3dfx early on and led to the downfall of Voodoo graphics cards.
A good one! :D
Virtual books and magazines that can be browsed through virtual pages, a kind of projections of pages to be leafed through if one day the software will be able to support my movement on the projection
JH understands sharing is good for his own soul and humanity.

I hope they took his advise on buying NVIDIA shares
This’s soooooo good
有自信!不必总糾纏
He's one of the best CEO, who can offer so many wisdom and anyone can benefit from it which our society lack of. And I wish Chat GPT/AI can assist me wriitng this comment instanly, providing ideas and sugestion what I might missed.
JH giving here major uncle roger vibe. Great interview.
With AI, the world will change fast for the better, just like the computers and internet have done to mankind. It does raise the bar for people to be more knowledgeable and comfortable with AI.
Lies again? Naughty America AIA Money
Can someone get a good mic
who he listened to , honor restraints for alumni please i am Nv Ande
I'm infatuated with this. I recently enjoyed a similar book, and I was truly infatuated with it. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight
What’s to stop some companies from poaching some of the top people from Nvidia to duplicate the same framework, architecture and approach towards becoming a platform for helping other computer companies efficiently accelerate CPUs?
Wouldn't it be more Polite if the interviewer held the microphone ? NVIDIA is an established name. REGARDS,
I agree. Dennys is great food.

Truly groundbreaking content; similar to a book that introduced new perspectives. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight
Deep learning is decompressing a neural network... Hence need for special AI chips
Jensen really likes things that squirt out the other side 😂
Who doesn’t??? Lol
From which country is he from ?????🎉🎉
Taiwan 🇹🇼
A true Titan
You can sense that this Dean doesn't know what Jensen is talking about and not even trying to fake it.....
