    • Hey, at our house that is a big deal. First you have to wipe out the ice maker (make sure it is good and clean) then go get water from the water cooler (cause our faucet water is awful), fill the vessel, set the size and turn on. Every couple of hours you check it and empty into a tupperware container that we keep in the freezer.

    • i find the food easily achievable, though where i live i'd be hard pressed to find fresh blackberries, blueberries or cranberries, so i'll have to settle for the frozen stuff. i wouldn't go for stewed apple often since its diabetes calling but apples and most fruits are cheaper here than vegetables (yes im in asia), and as much as i like avocado (yes its cheap here too) i wouldn't buy it often because avocado trees are making a massively negative ecological footprint in the world. most of these breakfast recipes would be best done a few times a week instead of everyday since most people are limited by fridge space, and with the quarantine situation it would be a very bad idea to go shopping every 3 days. most people will buy enough for 3 weeks or a month to minimize exposure outside.

    • French Toast is really more of the Americanized version of this and more of a dessert then an entree. His version is actually pretty light and healthy but if you eat French toast 4 meals a week dont be surprised when you are moving up a notch or two on the belt.

    • In the U.S., eggy bread was called German Toast prior to WW1. Because of the English driven anti-German sentiment, it was re-dubbed 'French Toast.' Fun fact: the U.S. government would revoke a person's citizenship if they married a German immigrant.
