  • For french toasts, if you haven't try, then try it with stale bread. It's the actual traditional way to make it (french toast is called "pain perdu" which means "lost bread"). It allows you to not waste your bread, and the fact that it's really hard gives it an extra crunchiness after cooking, while keeping a moist flesh :)

  • Whole fat Greek yogurt instead of syrup for French toast is genius!! Love that it's less sugar and more fat. I will be trying this for my kid and myself I hope he likes it! ☺️🥰

  • Also I love that it's not all just different forms of avocado toast. It's so weird because I used to love avocados but after having a kid I found that it gives me stomach pains 😣 I love all these recipes ☺️

  • Thank you so much for your recipes! Tha last one caught my attention because since I’m mexican I’m used to eat that every weekend but we do it a little different in my family. We do frijoles at home and we add chorizo to add more flavour, we pour frijoles, avocado and the eggs in a plate and we slice tortillas with our hands as if they were totopos:)

  • Wowww. Coffee granola is just a bomb It has an amazing smell and it's become my favorite meal for breakfast. I usually add some fruits to it and I feel energetic throughout the day. The granola is a great way to start incorporating healthy food into your life. By the way, it can't be compared to supermarket crap. I'm totally obsessed with it.

  • Looks amazing. Lots of great ideas. I have one of those egg pricking tools! Timing wise, I put room temperature eggs into boiling water for about 3 to 4 minutes (depending on the size of egg) and then turn the heat off, but leave them cooking. Leave for another 3-4 minutes and then put in cold water. Heston Blumenthal gave me the idea, but I'm not as scientific as him, but I've had fantastic results doing it.
