With that type of speed and explosiveness, Moton definitely had power which derives from that speed. Cuba simply had a good chin. Also Moton is 17, he still has kid power, in a few years he'll have man power. Biological, men are not 100% done growing until they are 29. His ceiling is crazy, which is the scary part.
