Kamphuis Fabricio Jiu jitsu Kimura Seminar | Coach Joshua Abella

The Kimura, or the figure four lock, is a versatile, highly devastating technique in grappling. The Kimura grip may be used in submissions, sweeps, escapes, and control. It is reliable and accessible from many different grappling positions.
