I love their relationship. Although, I didn't like how Beck treated other girls. Nick did Beck dirty, he has a girlfriend yet there are a lot of girls going to his house for a ride to school + he kissed Tori and even dated her. Honestly every relationship has their issues there's just a difference between having issues but still genuinely caring for each other and having issues where either both on one person isn't genuinely caring about the other one which is then referred to as a toxic relationship. They definitely loved and cared for each other, it was just they were such opposites which led to a lot of fiery fights. Relationships like this are hard to keep and are more likely to end in painful breakups. It's pretty rare to see them last but when they do it means they've gone through probably double the amount of difficulties that a compatible couple does, and that's what will make it one of the deepest, most beautiful and special relationships. I actually really like them together and it was refreshing to see a non standard couple, of course I would've loved to see more of a development from their relationship but to cover all of that they show would have to turn into 'jade&beck' Me and my best friend rn are also like polar opposites, we had SOO many fights at one point it was every single week throughout a whole year, it got so bad that we almost gave up on the friendship and completely cut off contact for more than half a year...but just like them after a while we kinda started missing each other and reunited. That doesn't mean from then on everything was rainbows and sparkles, we still had and have a lot of fight but the distance teached us an important lesson, which is how much we actually cared for each other, enough to put up with our differences and work through this friendship and it has since grown into a very deep and special one that I will always keep in my heart I think this relationship is realistic bug just rare and hard to believe in which is why a lot of people immediately dismiss it as toxic
I was going through the same thing with my online friend, we still tend to fight sometimes but we are trying hard to get back to how thing were before.

There are some people who blame only Jade for their relationship being toxic, when Beck was just as bad. Yeah, he never nitpick at everything and scream at Jade whenever he was upset but he would allow girls to flirt with him while never mentioning he had a girlfriend. Beck's face when jade said she's not mad! It was clear in that moment that he was doing whatever he was doing to get a rise out of her and it just spun out of control. What kinda made me mad about this show is that beck like never got jealous with other guys hitting on jade and guys did like it was always jade getting jealous and when guys did hit on her she turned them down when beck was around but beck like never got jealous and when girls hit on him he like just went with it also he let tori KISS HIM IN FRONT OF HER that’s really not ok

@@nykkie5547 now that you say that, it happens in real relationships, I get easily jealous because girls like my boyfriend and a lot of his female friends were interested in him at some point and then there's me, who shows no interest in much males other than him so he really has no reason to be jealous but definitely healthy. I do think beck is either very oblivious or likes to see jade get riled up and jealous.

Their relationship, at the beginning, was evidently extremely toxic. I feel that they both had to learn and grow on their own, and by the last season (pretty sure it was the last season) when they got back together, it was much better for them. Also: Jade's development throughout the show was incredible, and I really loved how the song she sang ("You Don't Know Me") really expressed her character. She had a lot of depth for a Nick tv show, & Liz Gillies portrayed that phenomenally❤

Beck and Jade will always be my favorite characters in Victorious esp Jade who has a temper and a strong personality.
Jade: Possessive, aggressive, talks down to those around her, always wants to fight with her boyfriend. Beck: Flirts with other girls, lets other girls flirt with him, has a big ego, always fights with his girlfriend. If they stay in the toxic waste dump they call a relationship, one of them's gonna end up growing a third arm.
