amazing how you reviewed this and all other monitors. I’m hardcore at gaming and gonna buy it, you’ve convinced me!
Glad you found my videos useful :)
Mine is in the post it gets delivered tomorrow, my pc has been running on my 60hz television for 2 years (lollllll). Cant wait to see the difference it makes competitively. Good review mate keep up the good work.
Holy crap, that's going to be an experience haha. Thanks bud :)
Same here pal picking mine up at micro center Tom jumping from 60 lol
so, how was it
@@sayanz i have the same situation - switching from 15years old monitor to this 240hz monitor and... actually the first day is tough. seems like i have to get used to it or something... i'm doing significantly worse now!
talking about: league of legends, Osu! (there is the most significant difference - i mean the biggest drop of skill - i'm constantly clicking off beat and everything seems like is actually FASTER now) and Skul The Hero Slayer - everything looks better but still - i'm kinda off
Best review I've seen on this monitor. Everything explained thoroughly and properly. I've recently built a new pc which is capable of taking advantage of 240+ refresh rates and was looking to buy a monitor to match. Ordered this one and waiting for it to arrive. So far I was using an overclocked 80Hz basic 1080p TN panel. Can't wait to see the difference.
Glad you liked it! Let me know how you find it, should be a great step up in all domains for you
can you give us a review now ?
Hey i've ordered this monitor today. How has been ur change from 80hz to ur new 240+ hz now?
@@VyreYT tbh I feel confident when peeking someone in csgo now, despite i play on 110 vs 20-50 ping players but still own them with peeks. 240hz is way smoother and you will not adapt to it on first day, you will be missing sniping shots because its just way smoother and it will take you atleast a week to be good with it. if you have an ideal ping, with 240hz you can the unbeatable in the server at the same skill level
@@VyreYT It has a been a whole different world actually. The motion smoothness difference is impeccable. Especially on competitive games that run above 300 FPS. It has a learning curve though. Don't expect to plug it in and instantly become a server god. Chances are you'll be dissapointed at first. Give it a week so that your vision and reaction time is properly recalibrated and then you'll realize how much of an advantage this monitor actually is. The better the player the bigger the advantage. The worse of a player you are the less you will benefit from it. It's like using a professional grade tool. The more proficient you are the more you'll take advantage of it's features. If you were already competitive at your skill level you will wipe the floor with them after you get used to it.
Great review my guy!! Now let's hope Asus sends you the Asus xg279q you have to try that monitor, it's my new main now.
Thanks dude, yeah that's the one I initially requested but got this sent instead LOL :D
Nice review I'm buying this as my second monitor the other I have is 165hz 2k resolution which I've been using it as my main but will switch to single player or non fps games.

hello there , is the VG259QM the same monitor but 25". Also , great review , and not just this review but every single one of your monitor reviews .(watched 24g2u ,c27g2zu, aoc agon etc ) Really on point , and covering every single aspect .

Hey, great review! They also released the VG258QM now, which has the same specs but TN panel with lower GtG times. Do you think for competitive gaming the TN variant could be better? (also like 40€ cheaper) Greetings from Germany!
Thanks buddy! No idea, but I'd never personally get a TN - would hurt my eyes lol

Great content! Appreciate the time stamps. I’ve been researching this monitor and its smaller counterpart for quite some time. I think they are perfect for what I want. The only concern I have is the input lag at 60 Hz. It’s 35 ms. How noticeable do you think that will be for Nintendo Switch games, particularly fighting games? Is the EX240 the better option now that it’s $139 or is the VG2*9QM series worth the extra coin for what they offer?
@@michaellovejoy5299 that's a massive amount of input lag! Wouldn't opt for the Asus if what you're saying is true. And thanks!
very good review, nice work! got mine a few days ago :)
Thanks! How you finding it?
Should i get this monitor or the pg259q for Gaming?
Agree about input lag, all TN 240hz which I had before (xl 2540, aw2518hf, xf252qx) weren't playable for me in cs go as for higher input latency after after vg248qe, but I have vg279qm for 3 months and really happy with it, best monitor for me for cs go, also good for my job, don't know who really needs 240hz TN now, they are little bit better in terms of motion clarity, but 240hz IPS faster in terms of input lag, 2.3ms according to tftcentral vg279qm has, but the fastest TN xf252qx 3.3ms
Indeed, it's a shame that a lot of people don't pick up on input lag. It's almost as important as getting 144hz (or above).
@@TotallydubbedHD I do understand that input lag is very important but motion clarity also. Do you think this monitor is good enough for competitive gaming? Or should I wait for the new Benq2546s

Great detailed and broad explained video you got a sub from me! Now one question if you don’t mind. Should i still get this as my 240hz monitor or is there something today in 2023 that has a better response time with better blur prevention tech?
Thanks! I think it's a great pick, but you should also check my latest AOC review if you want another alternative

I have been looking for a new monitor for my PS5. You have been very positive about this monitor, but as I only really need 1080p at 120 fps for the FPS multiplayer games I mostly play, would you still recommend this monitor to PS5 users. To a novice like me, it seems to have everything the PS5 needs. I know there are cheaper monitors, but I do want minimum significant PS5 relevant weaknesses, so this seems to work for me, and your review sold me on that. PS. Congrats on your decision to donate your KZhead income to charities. Much admiration!
Heya, So if this is for your PS5 only, it's a complete waste of money. For you, I'd highly suggest getting the AOC 24G2U, much cheaper and equally as impressive. As you said you'll be capped at 120hz at 1080p. And thank you, glad you like my efforts to raise money! The next charity is going to be announced very soon too :)
I have this and when i tried to turn on ELMB SYNC while having GSYNC on it made a terrible constant high pitched peeping buzzing sound. It also had an extreme case of backlightbleed or IPS glow, couldnt tell the difference, but very bad for playing dark games.
10 for the review that i was waiting for tnx

nice video!!thx for info..but what do u prefer for FPS ..this or another monitor but 2k 144hz??

Hi stray. I have watched 2 of your videos which i liked, AOC 24G2U5 23.8" and this one. Could you please tell me which should i buy. i am not into gaming i only want to use it for school, for my projects and for browsing. But i do consider color quality. could you help me on this? thank you. Great videos.
I never reviewed that AOC - FYI; if you're not a gamer, get a 1440p IPS instead?
Great video , I have an RTX 2060 Pc, what 240 monitor would you recommend? I know I won't get 200 frames, but if I can get 144-170 Id be happy.
Glad you liked the review - this one.
Don’t the elmb sync make less ghosting with overdrive on
Wait, so which GameVisual mode do I start off with to get better contrast? You said don't use SRGB mode, and stock is Race Mode. Do I go to the Race Mode preset and then go to Color Temp., User Mode, and then turn down red from 100 to 96/97? Thank you for the great coverage!
User mode for the better contrast, and glad it helped :)
You have any idea about dead pixels? Great vid btw
thanks - I did experience one actually; and someone int he comments did too; waiting for Asus to come back to me on it, but they've yet to respond!
I got one too but got it replaced instantly with no questons asked.
3 year warranty :)
Just got this baby today and going from my old VA monitor that was 240 hz and 0.5ms response time I can see the diff straight away. Playing on CSGO it feels more responsive then my old VA panel despite the fact that both running on 240hz. I am using it on 240hz /user mode/ 80 overdrive / Racing mode/ ELMG and adaptive Sync off / brightness 90 / contrast 80. Colors are much more decent than my old VA panel as well. RTS/RPG mode makes colors to pop out more so I will most likely switch to it from Racing mode at some point. Another nice thing about it your eyes get along with it pretty quickly meaning you wont get eye pain or headache. And I had to use my old one for a week to get used to the colors and stop getting headache. I would only change it and upgrade at some point in the future for OLED or IPS on 4k.
Glad you're enjoying it!

Really interesting review, I currently have a VG27QR which is a TN panel that performs quite well in terms of response time but the image quality is terrible and you have to sharpen the image or it looks blurry. I put this down to it being a 1080 monitor at 27 inch so I was looking at going for a 24 inch model, I guess my question to you is does the QM suffer from this same blurry image the QR does? If I get the QM the two monitors looks identical in terms of size and aesthetics so the QR would just be demoted to a second monitor whilst keeping my overall set up looking clean.
Not sure buddy, sorry! There is a 25 inch model of this monitor though
Had it for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. Anyone who complain about "pixel density" just needs to take into consideration that for 27 inches you need to sit a lil bit farther away from it.
Thanks for sharing :)
Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Why are you buying 27" 1080p if you're gonna sit farther away from it? Might as well stick to 24".
@@Danko_HS not really. I still appreciate a larger screen. Plus I prefer not to be hunch up into a 24" monitor when gaming. Pixel density doesn't bother me either.
I'm always playing in 4K as much as possible, you can always upscale the image and then it's actually fine, 1080p and 27" combo is much easier on the eyes, it's strange noone is mentioning the upscale method, for me 1080p is always too blurry on 27", I never play native
i can't play 24 inch 1080p cause im used to 27 inch, would completely diminish my aim its always looked normal for me i dont see why people complain about pixel density, it's not the reason they suck at video games@@Danko_HS
I don't understand much because I don't speak English but in short is it good? Would you recommend it to me? VG25QM
Thanks a lot for this review i got this monitor in promotion on amazon France for 330€
pleasure man, that's a great price!
Just bought one for 1000DKK which is around £117 or $136. I have yet to try it but hopefully I’ll be happy with it especially for the low price I got it for.
Wow, amazing price

Pleasure, glad you liked it!
and please which cable can i get to connect it to my MacBook air? thank you
Hello what is these speakers on your table? Probably sounds good?
Yeah I love them, they're the Q Acoustics 3030i
I own it, i wanted a 27" for a long time, i had a xl2546 I'm happy with it, i don't know if it is better than the 2546 but it is way more comfortable
unfortunately, I've not tried it, but colour accuracy won't be anywhere near as good as the Asus (as it's a TN vs the Asus' IPS)
@@TotallydubbedHD if youre looking for a 240hz monitor chances are you dont care about pretty colors
damn I was choosing exactly right between those two and finally made my choice for 2546 since it has to be a better response time and overall is a better monitor for competitive FPS games, Im playing COD warzone, just wondering if I made a wrong choice..........
@@r0msta IPS is definitely better, in some games i could not get settings right, it was either too flashy or too dark with the 2546 and after i changed for the IPS asus i felt a lot better, also 27" over 25" is a pretty cool upgrade But if you are a competitive player you should be fine with the xl2546, alienware are also doing nice ips 240hz monitors for pretty "cheap"
Hey man, great video as always. I'm a 3D Artist and game a lot on my free time, and I've been looking for a dual monitor setup, one for gaming and another one for work. I play a lot of MOBAs, but only some FPS. What would be a good pick. This monitor for U$580 or the vg279q (144hz FHD) for U$410? Prices in my region right now are all around the place, and options are minimal to say the least so I'm pretty lost. For 144 QHD IPS the cheapest one is the Agon AG271Q for U$840 :/
Holy crap, really!? Are you sure there aren't other 1440p IPS ones there? Which region are you from? If you really can't find any, then I'd suggest saving money and getting the 144hz model instead, although, I can't vouch for that as I've not tried it. I mean, you looked into the AOC 24G2U at all? Think it's similar spec to the 279 you mentioned and should be cheaper. I'd not 'waste' your money on this, as if you play MOBA more, 144hz+ is really not going to make any difference to you. Even for a hardcore FPS player like myself it's only then useful - and still, that's coming from someone who has reviewed over 150+ monitors and has over 2K hrs of CSGO lol.
@@TotallydubbedHD Yeah, for real. I'm from Brazil, prices and availability have always been terrible, but due to covid it has gotten a lot worse. My best options for 1440P are: - Msi MAG272QR (27, 165hz, 1440P, VA) for U$670 (looks like my best option for now) - Asus VG32VQ (31, 144hz, VA, 1440P) for U$860 - AG271Q (27, 165hz, IPS, 1440P) for U$850 The Aorus fl27q-p is my dream gaming monitor, but it's going for U$1170 and the non-p version hasn't been available for a while. The AOC 24G2U is going for U$ 410 as well, I prefer the Asus simply because it would look for symmetrical with my work monitor since both are 27 haha. And thanks a lot for helping! You really made me realize how I don't need over 144hz. By the way, I'm using a 2080 Super.
Yeah, in that case get the AOC or ASUS! And fair enough in terms of the looks, but I honestly can't comment on it!
Bought one of these based on this review. How did you solve the obvious displayport sleep issues? When you turn the monitor off with the power button, windows thinks it's been unplugged and removes the device, resetting your graphics driver and shoving all your windows and icons onto other monitors.
That sounds more to me about Windows rather than the monitor. Didn't have any issue like what you're describing
Hello man very nice video! I have one question about the Monitor when my Desk Shakes little bit the Monitor Height is goes down little by little is there anyway to Lock the Height of the Monitor? or should i buy new heavy desk ? what do you prefer? thanks!

I've been binging these videos as I bought a samsung 240 hz and I get blurry screens when I have any fast movements in CSGO. Any difference between this and the VG259QMY? or would you also recommend the 25inch version the same?
As far as I'm aware the 25" model is identical, so yes would recommend it. Though, watch out, as I think there's a TN variant with a similar product name!

Would suggest checking out the video in the description - given your gaming, I'd suggest the higher resolution, of course, that depends on the GPU you have too
Ther is so sittings you miss out such as the pixil from 0 to 100 and contrast from 0 to 100 wich is better for e sport gaming
Hi, I'm wondering if this Asus is better than the Zowie xl2546k for input and total response times. It's crazy how most reviewers are missing some of the top level monitor reviews. I can always find one of the one monitors I'm interested in from a reviewer but not the other. I think you'd reviewed both and would have a good insight in a comparison
I'd say they're on par for both input lag and response time (the BenQ would potentially come out s slighter ahead); at least from my own tests and experience. However, the Asus has significantly better colours and thus makes it far superior for SEEING your enemies and given the price of both, it's a no-brainer to get the Asus over the BenQ.
@@TotallydubbedHD Thank you for your input. I just received the Viewsonic XG2431, I own a Samsung G7 and bought the 25 inch Asus 280 hz. The Viewsonic is super clear but the input lag is trash. The Asus is better than my G7 for input lag, I;m just wondering if trying the Zowie is worth the effort. After the Viewsonic experience I realize that I care more about input lag and total response times vs clarity.
@@superangrysnowman5869 I value input lag up there above almost anything myself too. But I gotta see my enemies clearly or else I'll miss my shots lol. I think you'll be happy with the Asus; the G7 is particularly good too; you weren't impressed by its input lag?
@@TotallydubbedHD I think the G7 is good but at 1440p there is more input lag. I wish I could get a Nvidia Lsat thing so I could know. 1440p is clearer but a little sluggish in comparison, I dunno I could just be crazy. People that are actually good at video games can use any monitor haha.
@@superangrysnowman5869 there shouldn't be any more input lag at 1440p; just for comparison, here's my monitor I use on a daily (non-GSync variant of it though): www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/acer_xb270hu.htm Check the input lag section - should give you an understanding of it. The only reason 1440p might feel more sluggish, at least in this instance is due to GPU frames (refresh rate output) and/or overdrive settings (response time)
What do you think about the 27” compared to the 24.5” for high rank fps gaming. I am worried it won’t look as good and switching to a 27” will ruin my muscle memory.
Will be fine, but if you're used to a smaller screen go for the smaller one - as you said muscle memory can be a big'un

Thanks buddy! Yes I'd still suggest this monitor as the best FHD IPS 240Hz (280hz) monitor. There's another, cheaper one that's around, but again this is the best imo
I just bought this monitor today and I’m blown away how good it is out of the box. Tried a 1440p Dell 27” 1ms IPS 165hz and there is no comparison between the two. I’m using it for online FPS games and it’s transformed my gameplay. Just got back into FPS and had a 32” 60hz TV I was using just for browsing but when using it for gaming the lag was horrendous and I played like a bot as a result. So if your a gamer I personally recommend this monitor. So far it’s amazing and I haven’t even played with any of the settings yet. The Dell 165hz I tried out showed 165hz in its native HD 1920x1080 so I’m a bit confused. I’m using the Display Port cable that came with it on a EVGA GTX 1060 3gb. Maybe I’ll try the HDMI see if it changes anything.

Whoever is watchin this. Get the 24inch version of this monitor and it's gaming heaven. I'm not some casual gamer that doesn't know what input lag feels like either. I'm a sweat in Apex and Val. Trust me brothers. This is the move. I'm returning my Benq 2546k after using this monitor for 4 hours. There's no competition. Also subscribe to this dude for keepin it real with his reviews and giving actual good advice. Most monitor reviewers are casual ass gold players who know nothing and just say every monitor is god tier.
Thanks bud, glad you enjoying it and liked my recommendation! As per my other comment to you, disable Vsync as it adds extra input lag.
@@TotallydubbedHD I don't wanna disagree with you here, but if you limit your frames below the refresh rate and have g sync on, vsync never activates. It only acts as a frame timer. If there is any additional input lag it's like 1ms. I can link you a video if you want. I only activate it in nvcp. It doesn't have any of the normal vsync issues when set up correctly.
@@str8harry I guarantee you, disabling Vsync will give you a better experience - regardless of what you've read. Edit, seems you edited your original reply, glad to see you no longer use Vsync! Also, if you're a competitive gamer you'll not want to use G-Sync either - higher frames, uncapped is better than having it capped at a set refresh rate in exchange for a smoother tear-free experience. I just had a question, recently picked up this monitor however my varibale od is in levels. I am assuming level 4 is equivalent to 80. I have seen people say there is ghosting with level 4 so which would you recommend, 3 or 4?
Did you watch the video? My suggestion of OD is in there - no idea how it would translate as I didn't have that.
@@TotallydubbedHD I did watch the video just was confused on the translation. I also got a message when using the full 280hz referring to screen flickering. Is this something I should worry about?
I went with the 24.5'' just for the ppi. Love it and it was only 290€ on Black Friday 😎💪🏻
Nice one, enjoy!
Yoo i did the same exact thing! Best 295$ ive spend it was 100% worth it
@@luisguerra3070 Very nice!

Hi, should I buy this one or the AOC C27G2ZU? Much appreciated.
This one!
Got this one and I like it :D Costs about 360€ in eastern europe.
Nice one! What games do you play?
@@TotallydubbedHD The one game it is most perfect for is ET Legacy - Wolfenstein Enemy territory mod. But I too old for that, played a couple of weeks and stopped, because I knew I'd get widthdrawals. Now I play indie games mostly :D The monitor is great for FPS games though. But with ULMB. Without it it seems like any other 144Hz monitor.
@@Tan3l6 that's interesting - why didn't you get a 1440p IPS instead?
@@TotallydubbedHD I thought my Vega 64 would not be enough, and it seems to be a bad time to buy a new graphics card... but looking back don't know what i was thinking (bought it for 400€)
@@Tan3l6 yeah, for the games you play, 1440p IPS/VA would have made for a far better experience. As mentioned in this review; this monitor is really aimed at ultra-competitive gamers who also want good colour accuracy
Any word on ELMB-SYNC? Im very curios to that.
do you think a gtx 1080 will power 280 hz on the 24” version of this monitor? great video

Im thinking between this and the hp omen x 27, which is (2k@240hz). I think im gonna go for the omen but the response time on this monitor is what keeps making me look at it. There is almost no motion blur, which is amazing, but at the same time the omen has really low input lag.
not tried it, but no idea why you'd get anything other than this monitor if you're looking for a 240hz+ monitor
@@TotallydubbedHD Well I never tried 1440p before, but right now I have a 1080p 240hz monitor, so I dont want to go down on the refresh rate. Like I said the 280hz doesnt really intrigue me, its the really fast response time. But I think Ill go for the Omen, purely because I want to experience 1440p. Thank you tho, your videos are very helpful!
@@TTGLKami Hey man Iam in the same boat... how is the Omen x27?? I am between these two monitors...
@@corvotv not sure how the asus is but I love my omen. It doesn’t really get any better. Performance wise it’s not too much better than most 240hz monitors, but 1440p is so much better. I hate 1080p now.
@@TTGLKami How many FPS do you get in average playing say Fortnite? I read in some reviews that the Omen X27 is now outdated because of its TN panel... also some reviews say that is quite hard to hit the 240FPS with the 1440p unless you have a really good and beefy machine... I have a notebook with RTX 2060 so I might get about 110ish FPS in Epic setting on Fortnite i believe... Also how is multimedia content in the Omen X27? Good colours??
hey. i dunno if you will read this. i just bought the asus vg249qm1a it should be close to the vg259qm. is this true? like the vg259qm is slightly brighter thats all i can find (and the vg259qm should be the smaller version of the vg279qm). the 1a at the end of the model name should just be the non adjustable stand. like there are close to zero reviews on the vg249qm1a its incredible xD and im confused if i can take the 259qm and 279qm reviews for reference. would be very nice if you can tell me the difference between the vg249qm1a and the vg259qm. ty in advance

It would be, glad you liked the review
@@TotallydubbedHD I heard theres lot of input lag around 60 fps by it ,what about 100-144 fps ? Is the performance still great there?

@@reneyoo6111 if set to the right refresh rate, the overdrive won't magically shift when you're dipping into lower FPS. At least, that's my understanding.
so I am a noob in the monitor scene currently using an Asus VG248QE 144hz I got years ago! so will this monitor be an upgrade ghosting, color and input lag wise or will it just be a 144hz to 240hz upgrade? and from my understanding the more you over clock it and put it to 280hz the worse input lag and ghosting gets which isnt good for competive gaming?
Suggest watching the video...Can't comment on the other monitor, as I've not tried it.
I have a question my friend wants to get a good gaming monitor and he loves Asus brands. Do you think this monitor would be good for console at 120hz i know the input lag at 60hz is horrible but would it be good at 120hz?
Utterly pointless for console gaming; you can get more than 120hz - get the AOC 144hz in the description, instead.
Hey I have a question should I use the elmb and g sync feature with 280 hz or use the normal g sync feature with my overdrive 80 at 280hz?? Is there any overshoot with elmb and btw I want least motion blur as well as no overshoot or ghosting. Is there any setting which makes this monitor usable in 280 hz with no problems as I have mentioned above . And btw I'mma very competitive gamer so I need the smallest advantage to win so help me with this or if this problem cannot be solved recommend me another monitor to gain an edge against the people I compete 🙃✌

Thanks!
Pleasure!
One question. Have I heard that TN panels tend to be faster than IPS? Is that so?
They are indeed, but IPS and even VAs have bridged the gap so much in recent times, that TNs have essentially become just the cheap option. Don't get me wrong, not the case with all panels (especially considering input lag), but on the whole, TNs are still faster in terms of response time vs a class-leading IPS. Does that make sense lol?
Which one do you prefer? This or MSI MAG251RX 280hz is definitely better than 240hz but it sacrifices a few colors. Does it really matter?
This one, and no 280hz makes no real difference Vs 240hz
Do you think the TN panel (vg258qm) version of this is as good as this monitor?
No idea, not tested it and even requested to review it but alas can't get my hands on it!
Not only for the gaming. I do play competitive CSGO 2 and some league. But also I am a person who likes to watch movies. The 1080p movies doesn't look right on a 1440p monitor so another reason to go with this monitor!
Enjoy!
There are no sharpness settings?
What’s the best settings for competitive gaming on this monitor
Presume you watched the video?
Hey! Which one do you guys think would be a better monitor for csgo gaming when looking to get the most responsive feel and lowest possible lag? Would it be ASUS VG279QM or Samsung Odyssey G7 C27G7 27"? I'm interested to get a monitor that would be suitable for competitive play. Only going to run both at 240hz. Which one would you recommend to be the faster and better?
Not tried the other, by can recommend this for FHD
Would it be a huge difference going from a 24" curved to a 27"? I play a lot of FPS game like apex and cod. Worried it will be annoying to look at the mini map and not have stuff in my peripheral view.
Hard to say, that's all subjective. Personally I prefer a 27".
I know I’m late to the party but I am searching for the best color profile for this thing and best settings for the panel at 240Hz
What are the best settings for gaming and for just using the PC?
Settings of the monitor are covered in the video.
What do you think of the none ips model?
No idea, not tried it.
Hey. I know this video is old but do you recommend the VG259QM or this one? Is the 27 inch better?
Both are the same, and recommended
@Instinctz I have both, i like the 24in better imo. The 27in is to pixelated at 1080p. I play FPS games.
According to Rtings, the VG279QM is slightly better, as it has wider viewing angles, better colour accuracy, and gets much brighter in HDR. Gradient handling is also much better on the VG279QM since the VG259QM can only accept an 8-bit input signal.
@@JeminoWayde I'd take their results with a pinch of salt. But thanks for sharing!
Using the setting to lower motion blur, would in increase input lag?

Quick question I found a monitor called Acer Nitro XF273Zbmiiprx it goes up 280hz 0.5ms ips is it better than the VG279QM
Not tried it, so can't comment
how to unlock saturation preset?
i got 1 stuck pixel in the monitor and when i tried to change it to the store i found out that 6 of the monitors has all the stuck / dead pixel, they said that this models had stuck/dead pixel on every unit. does yours has the dead / stuck pixel? im already tried to massage and jscreenfix still not fixed yet. its kinda sad
that's crazy; I actually DID notice a dead pixel (red) when I had mine. I'll message Asus about it and see what they say. Usually I pick up on these things and mention them - but given press units are often BATTERED, dead pixels are not too unfamiliar in test units.
I got one too on my VG259QM but after getting replacement there were no issues.
So for Valorant, do u recommend 280hz with 80OD or 240hz with 80OD? Even CSGO for that matter
240hz with 80D.
