Just wanted to say that I thought this was an outstanding video! It's always so surreal to see my character being presented in such unique ways by content creators. I wasn't aware that this was the story posted on the fandom website. You were truly able to bring this awesome version of the story to life, and I really enjoyed watching this. It's interesting to see variations of Entity 303's story such as this one. They feel more realistic, in-depth, and captivating. Considering that I came up with the original story when I was 11 or 12 years old, it doesn't feel like it was the best story that it could be. Instead, it feels like I created a foundation for the community to build upon. I feel so humbled to be able to witness how the community has developed 303's story! If you're still planning on it, I look forward to the next part. Thanks again for this incredible video!

13:20 Oh man, can you imagine using someone's mental health problems to convince them to make a MINECRAFT SERVER so you all can play Minecraft together after school? The horror! That conversation between Frankie and the entity was, in my opinion, the weakest part of the story. I can't imagine a kid saying something like "I can't believe your slanderous lies!" in a situation like that nor a supernatural Minecraft entity bashing a kid for "making" his friend make a Minecraft server that they clearly all had fun playing on.
I wanna point out how he says he's lost all of his friends, but Brady is still fine. Man's just at school, and his pal Franky is going nuts over it. Apparently he doesn't, poor Brady.
Can we point out that entity 303 has also made 3 other kids leave before Frankie left? Entity 303 was using Frankie's past to convince him to leave, just like he did all the other kids. BTW the Entity 303 story could be better, you could just change some of the dialogue and change the perspective to 3rd person and add more dialogue to develop the characters more, and then you could see how Frankie actually felt about his friends, maybe he didn't actually like his friends, and he acted kind like an a-hole to them.

even tho entity 303 is just kind of a worse version of herobrine, its the only other minecraft creepypasta that ever made it big, and it did have some unique qualities.
I mean, nothing could ever beat Herobrine who is mentioned on the official Minecraft website every time a new update comes out.
The "He causes Mayhem in the Real World!" Angle is a neat idea.
Honestly, it doesn't work as Minecraft story, it has no reason to not just use other game title. Herobrine made sense for being Minecraft story, as it used things that Minecraft players relate to and what creeps them, entity 303 uas nothing of it, it doesn't even play on said anxieties, and just goes for things people wouldn't like to happen, and that it affects real life feels weird when it targets sepcyfic people, kinda out of place, plus faux symbolism, it tried to do this "MC was the real villain" or "it is not just a creepy thing, it is so deep" but it didn't mean anything

This story reminds me of all of my friends any myself playing on a server just there wasn’t anything scary happening until it was too late, slowly but surely people quit coming around and playing. They didn’t really talk as much as they did and they all have moved on from just playing games and made their wish in life to do what they loved to do. This story to me highlights the innocence of a child turning into an adult or young adult feeling that people you once had close have now disappeared, or so you thought

Wow, this story is so incredibly cheesy it would make Jeff the Killer blush. Like I get why so many people would find it cool, but still. Seriously, this nerdy-ass zoomer boy walks to school alone, leaves school immediately, walks up to his friend's house despite the fact that cops are investigating the place, BREAKS INTO HIS FRIEND'S HOUSE AND LOGS ONTO HIS MINECRAFT ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON. Not like I expected much from this creepypasta though, it's hard to make a game like Minecraft seem scary, and it's even harder to make a believable scary story about a game like Minecraft. But for what it's worth, this story's actually really charming. It brings me back to the days where seemingly everyone was telling these crappy scary stories to scare the piss out of some gullible kids and make them afraid to go into the woods because Slenderboy and his band of emo teenage heartthrobs were going to kill you. I can definitely see why so many people were obsessed with Entity 303 back in 2015. Although, personally I don't have a nostalgic connection to 303, I just thought he was a lame knockoff of Herobrine, and I _loved_ Herobrine back then. I guess why Herobrine became a staple of the Minecraft community was because he was mysterious enough for people to come up with their own ideas of who Herobrine is, and people thought Herobrine was in their games because of some glitches in their world, and since everyone experiences glitches, everyone was terrified that those glitches meant Herobrine was hacking their worlds. Meanwhile, 303 isn't as mysterious and no one could tell if he was in their worlds because there weren't any 'signs'. Also I think 303 is a hell of a lot more try-hard than Herobrine. Another cool thing about Big H is that his design is literally Steve(?) without any pupils. That alone doesn't sound like it wouldn't be scary, but it is because it's this small, seemingly unimportant detail about Herobrine that tells people that something is off, that there's something unknown with this character, and that gives way to dread. But meanwhile 303 looks like he came right out of one of those Spirit Halloween stores. His design just looks way too cheesy to be genuinely scary. So yeah, it's not like I have a grudge against 303, far from it, he's just not my cup of tea. But this is a neat Minecraft creepypasta and I loved the video, and I'm glad the Minecraft community is still obsessing over this ghoulish motherf^^cker.

I never heard the creepypasta for it. And honestly without the story it's way better since compared to Herobrine, Entity 303 was always the more mysterious "sibling" because "entity303" was found in the game files or something like that. The story actually destroyed it.
Entity 303 could be anything, another ghost that comes out at 3am and stuff, a virus made to completely shut the game down, or a hacker/hacker group trying to ruin minecraft.

Hey Retro, I have a theory on how you can only cure zombie villagers and not regular zombies: The reason you can cure zombie villagers but not regular zombies could be because of the difference in their eyes, zombie have fully black eyes while zombie villagers eyes have regular eyes, maybe the reason you can cure zombie villagers is because they are not fully turned zombies, and not regular zombies because they are fully turned.

It has always been my head canon that the reasone that the zombie villagers can be cured and not the regular zombies is because regular zombies have no soul like something ripped it out of their bodies which explains the dark empty eyes of zombies but the villager zombies have their souls still in their bodies which explains why their eyes feel more alive and less...empty. that's why they can be cured! The only thing that is needed is something to weaken the virus and something to repair, regenerate their bodies

This hits... Almost creepily hard. I had a friend I just lost who was always manipulating people into excluding others... She manipulated people into rejecting me and in hindsight was doing that with a lot of people. She's always had trouble with keeping friends and in hindsight it's because of what she does... Okay, there were a few things that were just absolute BS to me about Frankie Firstly, Frankie and John see someone attempt to use a command, and despite all the obvious signs, Frankie’s only thought is “Oh, it’s probably just a bug due to the storm”. Second, he goes to his friend’s abandoned house, and then he just goes to John’s computer and hops on the Minecraft server like nothing happened. Clearly, Frankie cared more for “his” server than he did for any of his friends

somehow this channel recaptures the wonder and mystery we felt playing minecraft during it's earlier years, back when everything was enigmatic. minecraft still has it's mystery, but feels more polished and "Official" now, but Retrogamingnow somehow managed to recapture that magic in a bottle.

This story honestly goes way too far to sound believeable. If it didn't as far as giving entity303 a catchphrase and making him capable of tracking people down and killing them, it could have been fine. If the original story started out the same but then the game crashes normally and no one was able to explain what happened, it would have been a way better creepypasta. The original stories of Herobrine worked because they were simple and to felt like it could happen to anyone
I absolutely agree. I feel entity303 has a lot more potential despite being somewhat similar to Herobrine. This story right here is a complete cliche, with that silly catchphrase and surreal stuff going on like a low budget horror movie. It was ok until the server crashing. From that point forwards it was just embarrassing.

Wait so he knew that “I can’t take this anymore” was exactly the problem that his other friends got into and he blissfully embraced that like it’s just normal ? Suuure, because his reaction certainly would not be “F u man, F your wish, I’ve got your ip address, and I have plenty of evidence for your doxxing so expect a few angry parents and the police at your doorstep”. At least Herobrine had a believable story (being a super-secret minecraft easter egg or something). Some creepypastas really only work when you are a 10yo lmao.
okay so theory time, 303 is the first missing friend. He cut the protagonist off and then after his eyes having been opened was consumed by a need for vigilante-like justice. This being the culmination of that Edit: just wanted to add, world got destroyed right? If you're so tech-savy, mr protagonist, why didn't you ever make a back-up? And why were you not immediately paranoid when something strange was trying to access detrimental admin commands? (note: not a criticism of the story, I get the idea that this guy being kinda dumb is intended actually)

This is literally this is my most fav minecraft creepypasta and sometimes I dressed up as him.
So I don’t know exactly the proper place to put this, so I’ll just stick it here, as it kind of? Relates to the video (which I thought was awesome and well-put together btw!) - Scrolling past is a valid choice, too. Foreword: After this experience, me as a person has developed and changed in so many ways, so I can’t say it was really a “bad” experience for me. And whether or not you choose to take my word is up to you because it do be a lil strange lol So back in elementary school (I started in 2014 this happened in January ish of 2015 I think? I could be wrong lol), I started playing Minecraft. I played on XBox… 1.5 perhaps? It was before bunnies and horses I can remember. Anyway, so the world was one of those with limited boundaries. And me, being an elementary student, fell for most anything I was told. So my belief was this: if I made a house, as soon as I left to go build it was HAUNTED 😂😂😂 by who you ask?! HEROBRINE?! 😂 did I ever catch proof?! Of course not! But anyway I would build a home, and then leave, and then make another home… and leave… and so on. I used to think that the ambiance noises were his warnings, and me not knowing how to turn them off, was always scared every time I heard one. I played on creative, I starved my character to death twice because I was a scaredy-pants lol So this world I played on, as it aged, it became full of things I had built. Now, this is where the story gets strange, I will admit, it’s long and I have a number of things I think it could be, speaking rationally. I spent so much time thinking being preoccupied about Herobrine because of the loading screens and the KZhead videos and the noises and quirky shenanigans that were part of my own childhood Minecraft, that the possibility of anything else existing didn’t cross me. Now, straight to what actually happened, I went to get my tamed wolves from my first house, flew outside and above the roof, and saw something. I looked, and there standing on my pathetic-looking chimney was an all-black player figure. It turned around (at this point, don’t remember if it was fast or slow or what but I remember the thing itself clearly) and looked up at me, for maybe a second or two, and then just *poof* gone. I had dropped my controller and stared. I didn’t know what to do! This wasn’t who or what or whatever I was expecting! No particles, nothing I recognized was part of it, so as soon as I could, I asked a classmate who also played Minecraft what it was. “Was it shaped like a villager?” “No…” “Enderman maybe?” “No..” “Zombie?!” “I guess… but it had its arms down and didn’t make *any* sound” “Hmm” So after that I just kinda amounted it to be a glitch. about a year later, though, I saw these animations that had the Minecraft creepy pastas in them, mainly herobrine, our “bargain bin” Herobrine: 303😉😂, and an all-black player-character named “Null” interestingly enough, it was said it shows up around houses and doesn’t make noise. Now, I’m not saying it was this Null that I encountered. My Null just sat there and stared at me and vanished, my game didn’t crash or anything and still functioned just fine until it’s untimely accidental deletion about a year and a half later. It didn’t change signs or teleport me or prevent me from playing, either. The internet’s version seems to be “black player-figure stalks players, runs around the house, changes signs, glitches door and movement mechanics, crashes the game”. The only similarities are the all-black appearance (some popular variations have white eyes, how cool that woulda been!) And the “no noise”. My own theories are that this is simply a rendering glitch. At the time, I had legit no idea how to get into multiplayer until I started Java edition in 2016-ish, and didn’t get a notification or anything if this thing had joined. And as of my knowledge right now, I know Java will render any blank pixel on a skin (like if you created one and just forgot to color a pixel) black as soon as it is loaded into the game. XBox, I’m not sure, maybe they had the same mechanic, maybe not? I think it was genuinely a glitch, but how should I explain how others have encountered it? I can’t. I guess it’s like Bigfoot lol And that’s what I came to share. Feel free to leave your thoughts and/or questions if you have any, I’m still super clueless lol I just thought it was an interesting thing to share in relation to this video, a strange thing pops up and the environment just seems to change. I really like the creepypastas, some of them are really cool and well put-together in terms of logic, capability, and creativeness. (303 and Null as portrayed in most videos happen to be my favorites for whatever reason) Thanks for reading if you did make it down here lol I suppose it shows compassion. ♥️

Great video by RGN but this specific story is just thrash. It's like a "worsened" Herobrine. Nothing makes any sense and it's just poorly put together in my opinion. The concept of Entity303 has a lot more potential than this shit.
