I came across this video while looking for art projects for my daughter and bird videos. I usually skip right over them to find what I am looking for, but the second I saw the title and began watching the unbelievable skill and passion this man has for his craft, I couldn't stop watching. It is magnetic, and intoxicating to just sit and admire true artistic greatness, which is being so undervalued in our world today. And THAT is why I want my 13 year old artistic daughter to see masters like you. To know there are and to seek out the artists who have true love for their skill and for the people to whom they provide a wonderful service. Never stop dreaming, never stop believing. this is not a typical way jewelry is made .. this is hand made with some modern tool help but still way more laborious than traditional jewelry now a days

@@r7blue a lot of jewelry is still made this way, just not with that much wasted metal, but in this case it was for a challenge and fun. sure a lot of modern jewelry is designed in cad, some is printed directly into metal and some is printed into a model that is molded and then cast, but there is just no substitute for handmade especialy when it comes to high end jewelry. and even with cad and printing - it still takes time and skill. but what we see above? IS traditional jewelry. even with printing, a lot of the techniques that he uses, are used to clean up the casting, to set the stone.

Only your filmmaking comes close to matching your craftsmanship in terms of beauty sir. I doff my hat to you.

I'm very sorry to hear about your accident and wish you a speedy recovery. I'm a craftsman myself and all my tools scare me at times. The more you use them it often seems the easier it is to make mistakes or have an accident, especially if hurrying or at the end of the day when you are tired and not fully concentrating on a task.
