Today I am going to create the most valuable piece that I have ever designed. The main stone of the ring is a 5.53 carat (GIA certified) yellow fancy diamond worth $62,000. The inner dome is made of 24K yellow gold to enhance the yellow color of the diamond. The outer dome is made of 18K white gold and is set with a diamond pave (1.68 carats). The arm is made of 18K white gold and is set with diamonds (0.65 carats)

  • 2:58 is a Statement! The balance of this inverse shape is amazing. Wide and spread out at the top but a larger fraction of the weight is at the base, I think. If that is the case, then to create such a thing is a work of art itself. Amazing!

And then successful people laugh at people in poverty because "if they had just worked harder" they would be like them. Thats not how the world works. You are lucky to have an education, something which millions on this planet never had. Not because they didn't work hard enough. Not because they weren't good enough. But because they were born into a situation beyond their control. Don't take the moral high ground here, you were lucky enough to be born into a family that could support you, or at least born in a country where education is free or affordable and widespread.

  • 11:17 i was worried about the diamond scratches when he cut that, but i rembember only glass scratches at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7. And diamond can only be scratched by another diamond.
