RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
2 zucchini.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cook vegetables for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Flour 3 tablespoons.
Water 4 tablespoons.
1 egg.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Salt.
Add prepared vegetables to the dough.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Looks like a great recipe but will use little less oil and salt as well when I cook I don’t add hardly any salt until foods done for taste as don’t want high sodium foods in my diet

Oil is fine but she did seem heavy handed with the salt. I love what salt can do to elevate flavor but excessive certainly ruins a food.
