Instead of you always spray painting everything, I would love to see more pieces where every colour is made of a different type of candy! So coloured chocolate for one area, coloured sugar glass for another, coloured gummies for another, coloured mint agar agar for this part, and cake for that part. I’m just speculating here because I am not a chef. I’m sure that you could come up with ideas much more creative than the ones that I just mentioned! And I know that you have made pieces like that before, but those are always my favourite - where every single tiny little element of the sculpture is made of a different type of confectionary, or at the very least, if the same type of confectionary is used, then different flavours are instituted. I always think that that is so amazing.
