They have been practicing their moves from age 4-6, from 8am to 7pm all working days (some even Saturday), with 2 hours rest in the middle of the day!! 😝 There is a documentary about the 2016 Olympic Champaign Mamun, detailed her training!! It just encouraged me to work harder on the things I am passionate about, no bad feelings about ourselves ! 😍 Also please check out Yana kudryavtseva she is my queen 😭😭😭

She is so serious about the sport and getting these girls to win first that they need to have weight requirement to stay on the team! She kicked a girl off the team for not being able to lose 6 pounds and come down from 116 to 110!

  • I always describe rhytmic gymnastics as the most beautiful sport ever. It's gymnastics, ballet, juggling, form, color, balance, precision, and overall aestetics. I mean I like football and basketball, but lets be honest, they're a bunch of dudes running after a ball. This in the other hand is really fancy stuff. Physically impressive, the skillset these women must have is amazing.

  • Dina is just so effortless. Crazy masteries, such speed, perfection in their elements. What a pleasure to watch them. They truly are the supergymnasts. This is insane, especially Dina is just like watching her BODY do those crazy masteries (did you actually see what those are??????) not just her hands, like playing with them, anticipating in the actual moment what she is going to do, how the club is flying, etc. That’s just over human. Arina struggled to find her style after watching Dina, but that’s fine, she’s so different in a way. But damn. Just look at her pivots. Even Sasha could get jealous.

This event is a lot harder than regular Gymnastics in my opinion, because you have to be able to have hand eye coordination, be persistent and you have to be incredibly fast. • I loved the Ribbon portion from the gymnast from Israel. She had such a confident stride and her routine was so strong, and it just made me feel something from the bottom of my heart. I could feel the emotion in her dance. I was a bit sad that she didn’t get a higher score, however her dance just stuck with me. It was amazing.
