My husband and I have been doing this tapping for more than year and find it very useful. Circulation improves. Aches and pains due to arthritis are minimized and general tension and stress is also addressed. Some of them that you showed regarding the head are new and I will add those. Thank you for your videos.

It is dangerous to tap forcefully the inner side of the wrist because it is delicate. We should not tap our belly forcefully right after meal. Need to wait two hours after meal. Tapping right after meals forcefully damage digestion. We can massage very gently the tummy after meal to aid digestion, but not tap forcefully right after meals.

Hi Dr Bhatnagar , I came across your video for the first time and I was very interested. So I started doing the brain exercises while watching you, then wrote down all the instructions so that I can include them in my daily life, I am teacher and get so busy that I unconsciously resort to shallow breathing. But the breathing has already helped me. So is the tapping. Thank you so very much
