I have always loved Cameron Goode and he was so kind to sing at my mother's funeral. 3 days after the funeral we recorded this video and it's such a beautiful lesson. Cameron is such a HUMBLE beautiful and extraordinarily talented young man. It's amazing to see how he transformed this song into a real masterpiece. I understand that Cheryl lost her mother Christine and this recording was only three days after the funeral. At 8:48 it is Camerons "transfer of emotion" that creates a space for Cheryl to "feel". That is TRULY amazing!

Him singing the Billie song was the first time I actually listened to the words and understood it. I felt so much emotion and actually cried! His voice and performance was amazing.
It sounded really well but he messed up the lyrics when he sang, "If they knew what they said would go straight to my head, would go straight to my head." When it should be: If they knew what they said would go str8 to my head, what would they say instead?"

I love the concept of teaching in a car. The moving setting as well as not being face to face 100% seems like it would take off a lot of the pressure that comes with 1 on 1 coaching.
VERY GOOD POINT. I have social and performance anxiety (which is why I'm only starting to do the tiniest bits of solo singing now at 32 though I've been singing since 4), this kind of set up works really well especially for someone with anxiety.

His voice is so naturally smooth and buttery, it's almost like he was made for singing and expressing his talent through his voice. I love how it was so scrambled yet incredible however after you give him technique, he gains so much control and brings the beauty of this song to light. I'm genuinely crying while listening to this video on repeat because the message of the song is carried so beautifully by his voice and the instructions he was given. This is far better and more impactful than the original version, I related so many parts of my life to the lyrics, and the way he just sang them has me in tears because the meaning I attached to these lyrics where brought to light more than the original could have ever done. His tonality, his pacing, his register and sliding up and down the mixed, head, and stomach pitches of his voice, and the flavour he added to this song is one that I won't forget for a long long time. Bravo you two.

I think her voice fits right in with her songs, it amplifies what she's trying to portray, I notice I rarely enjoy covers of her songs because of that same fact, the lack of expression you get with the original, even though some people have beautiful voices you can hear how deeply she feels through her voice, as soft as it is
