Creating an abstract floral painting using a string / chain puling technique .
Materials :
-Canvas
-Acrylic Paint
-Floetrol( one to one with paint, is a pouring medium to make the paint flow more easy)
-Distilled Water mix with the paint and floetrol to get a good consistency

  • Thanks for reminding me of my childhood 🙌👍 This is what I used to do placing a paint soaked thread inside a notebook, close the book and pull the thread out. The output is always a mystery and it was pure fun 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

  • After many tries at chain pulling with failures, it finally dawned on me.....the paint on my canvas was way too thick. Even with the failures, I do have enough knowledge on how to fix them. My recoveries did turn out awesome. Not what I was expecting, but am totally satisfied. Loved what you ddid with this painting, it's gorgeous! 👍🏻

  • Wow this was nostalgic. I used to dip strings in color, put them in various shapes between folded papers nd drag them down when I was a kid. It wud produce beautiful flowery patterns like this. My mom showed me how to do it nd I was instantly hooked lol. It was so much fun.
