Instead of Fast Chest, use Enhanced Block Entities. The mod switches the chests back to normal when opening to keep the animation, and applies the optimization to other things like beds. It's not listed for 1.20.4 but the latest release works on it.
thanks
FPS mod creators on their way to name their mod after an element from the periodic table
Underrated comment
Maybe someday we will see Uranium 235 client or mod that makes your PC have 1945 Fps
Other mods that will impove gameplay: Starlight (Fabric) will fix the lighting errors caused by Bobby for example. Enhanced Block entities is like FastChest, but you keep the Animations and get Performance boosts for other block entities like Shulkers or signs. Modernfix, FastAnim and ImmediatelyFast will impove FPS by a lot. Concurrent Chunk Management Engine, Noisium and Servercore will impove the server Performance by a lot
If you are playing on 1.20.x Starlight is no longer needed. Literally said by Starlight dev himself.
@@unironicpanda Starlight does still improve the performance over the new vanilla lightning engine, but it's only noticeable on servers with many players. As such it's not needed for the client anymore.
I would still recommend it if you use Bobby because it also fixes the black spots
Another thing is Vanillaicecreamfix, It's a modern port of Vanillafix which adds Frustum/Occlusion culling
Awsome video, love your content
Thank you for the video. I'm on a modest computer, which was more than modest when I build it (2015). The Fab modpack improved FPS about 300%! Thank you.
Please tell me the settings you used as Optifine is not working and I need help on it
Very helpful because this included a few mods that I don’t have yet. Thank you 🙏🏿
Great content keep it!! up dude!!
I love you man. I knew all mods but not Nvidium. Tried all, but there wasn't a huge impact, and also I tried them with distant horizons, so prob worst optimization could be there lol. Now I can really enjoy the high fps, smooth gameplay, especially thx to Nvidium.
You are the first one which I test on my new TV
Congratulations bro.. For new TV🎉

Some other really good mods to use are: FerritCore - Reduces the Memory that minecraft uses Indium - a different rendering optimisation for sodium, that does work with shaders, unlike nvidium (but you can use both at the same time) Dynamic FPS - Lowers the resource usage of minecraft when it is running in the background MemoryLeakFix - Fixes memory leaks in minecraft along with other optimisations (works best with FerritCore) Starlight - reworks the lighting engine to be a lot more optimised than in vanilla (Can not be used with phosphur) Iris - Allows for the use of shaders While creating your own modpack can take more time than just installing either Fabulously Optimised or Optifine, I have found the the difference in FPS is monumental (I get around 1.5x more FPS using a custom modpack than when using a default version of Fabulously Optimised) and with modloaders such as curseforge and modrinth (modrinth is better, imo, and has all the modern versions of most mods) it is incredibly easy to create your own modpack.
you don't need starlight mod anymore if you play 1.20 version
@@Ofuka880 it still improves a tiny bit of fps
no. the dev starlight mod said that.
@@Ofuka880 no, the mod dev said It's improves fps only on server side, If you look at the chart he gave for 1.20 performance, it still improves by half of vanilla
@@bacon_with_brussels_sprout oh idk about this. tks for that information
If you could do a video that teach how to use schematics/litematica it will help alot
This video helped me so much, I had forgotten what some of these mods were called so I couldn't install them but now that I can, I just need to figure out how to get connected glass...
use continuity
Next idea should be best data packs for world, biome and tree generation
It could be so nice of you to give link of mods in description as they are hard to find with versions too on forge ❤❤
375 fps? Dude I dream of having a stable 60 without frame drops at 10 render
step 1 get money step 2 get better gpu and cpu problem solved
@@DomasCibulskis-co1uz easier said than done
Tysm bro
It would very interesting if you did a tutorial/showcase of the litematica/schematica mod.
i love how he gives us tipes and tricks about minecraft and show us how to build stuff
i love those TIPES.... tipes are good innit?
@@jasimadnanmir ye i love tipes
Yeh except optifine is complete garbage in comparison with Sodium
@@StreetNickel y are right
i think distant horizon shines more if you combine it with a high base render distance to begin with, after that i think it just adds so much more Immersion over nvidium with 500+ render distance, even at lower quality
Although I already used Sodium/Lithium combo, there are many options here I didn’t try before, and some I didn’t even know. That FastChest + Nvidium combo, with the Sodium extra, looks extremely useful for steady-fps gameplay at 48 chunks on a 3070…
Thx this will help me alot
Use Enhanced Block Entities instead of Fast Chests. It will still animate a chest when opening it, and also applies to other block entities like shulker boxes.
nvidium is a great mod, I can only really get smooth fps on like less than 12 chunk render distance without it, but with it I can smoothly have 100+ chunk render distance
Thank you bro
When I used vanilla rather than my absolute modded fabric. My PC ran with 15 but in fabric its like 180+. So this vid needs a thumbs up.👍
You're saying that the quality for distant horizons is bad, but you can actually change the setting and it will actually outperform nvidium render distance + fps (on high render distances) since you can go for a lot higher than 96 chunks (like 500 and still run the game on rly good performance + shaders recently)
You are the prince of shulkers!
What can u say about clients. Like the best for very low end etc. pls make a video on this topic😅
Can you do a showcase of performance mods for older versions of Minecraft.
i been using distant horizens for 2 months and i also used nvidium before . i would prefer distant horizens because it has shader support and i can play minecraft at 256 chunks distant horizens is crazy
OMG SHULKERCRAFT❤🎉
Man actually went beyond Sodium + the top 10 optimization mods on modrinth. There were some I never heard of even and I have a mod pack with +20 opttimization mods (my 3060 runs complementary shaders above 200 FPS, lets see if I can push it a little higher.
does anyone know how to fix it when I go through unloaded chunks, the game freezes to 20 FPS, and when I go through loaded ones, nothing happens, it only happens when I play in singleplayer????
Hey shulkercraft
Waiting for this
Bro can you pls make fps boosting video for 1.8.9 version pls😢😢
ty, this help me soo much
I just posted my first Minecraft Survival video, if you can check it out and let me know what you think I would highly appreciate it!! Thank you!
Good guide
I'm writing this as a note. 1.Optifine or sodium 2.sodium extra 3.lithium 4.distant horizons (I don't have nvidia gpu) 5.fast chest mod 6.entity culling Or fav optimized
what app do you use for editing pls 🥺
Thanks Lauri! Using Sodium mod I increased my fps from 4 to 51 successfully. I am a Mint user btw
Mint as in “Linux Mint”? Did you install it on an old PC and used it to play Minecraft?? Because with 4 FPS, that's pretty damn low...
Yeah, actually. But with Sodium now I can play in 50-60 fps
Shulkercraft, I dont clearly know if you have a modrinth account, but I need help. Do you know how to sign up in modrinth? For some reason eve when I did sign in, it says user not logged in. Also a message popped up saying did you download modrinth before April? And it says you need to play the official minecraft launcher and sign up. Idk how to fix this but I need to know how to fix this. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this? Please let me know I really need the help.
I just use the Fabulously Optimised Modpack. Its pretty good as it increases the fps and brings all the features of optifine.
If you have a nvidia card you need to download nvidium asap, its such an insane improvement. I have been playjng with 16 render distance for probably a decade. Going up to 32 does work for a while but crashes semi frequently and lags. With nvidium i literally render 64 at all times and have like twice the fps i would usually have at 16. I even have bobby mob installed keeping even more chunks loaded. Absolutely bonkers, i even prefer more then distant horizons... and the cool part is that it is actually compatible with DH
nvidium works with any gpu with mesh shaders
Can you explain how to update these mods to the new version which is now 1.20.5?
How do i use the Fastchest mod? Downloaded it and it said it was a resource pack, but when i put it in my pack folder, nothing showed up?
i have a core i5 12400k gtx 1050 ti i used to get 400 to 500 fps in optifine. And almost 1100 with fabulously optimized
bro can u give me the list of mods so I can download more fast but you did very much easy to boost fps in Chromebook thanks ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
why my computer works better with optifine than sodium
Bro every pc is different 😅
Me to
its better to just download remarkably optimised, it has better mods and also brings back optifine zoom. it may not feel the same, but you just change the preset in the settings using the mod menu. dynamic lights arent in remarkably optimized but you can bring them back by downloading lambdynamiclights. it also has a bit of customisation and some cool stuff like torches not emitting light underwater
Nvidium is only for Turing or later cards. (16xx and all RTX cards)
this is all cool, of course, but your computer is very powerful and does not need optimization mods, but for example, what should I do. I don't have such a powerful computer, but only a laptop from 13 years ago and on it I try to optimize minecraft in a variety of ways because I don't really like this game and I want to play it, but with the drawing of 6 chunks and a bunch of mods for optimization, my fps barely reaches 30 and if I move fast and download a new one the territory is falling at all yes 1-5 please tell me what to do in such a situation
FO, or Remarkably Optimized, or Simply Optimized are the best Modpacks for perfomance if u dont want to download one by one
Make a tutorial for mods that help load other mods faster and stops crashes
This is all cool and all, love the video, but all the mods are for fabric. I am currently building myself a modpack with the forge loader and I am having performance issues. Is there some similar mods/modpacks for forge as well?
why forge though? I know that switching to fabric might be hard e.t.c, but it has sooo many advantaged compared to forge
@@KingArkon I know it has some advantages, but the mods I have/want doesn't have equivalents in fabric. So that is why I am asking for forge
@@KingArkon idk why but i get more performance on optifine than in sodium maybe my pc is outdated or smth with sodium and other performance mods i get 115 avg fps but optifine gives me smooth 200 avg fps with no lag spikes on fancy graphics and smooth lighting. (I use low render distance tho)
Theres also another modpack called "simply optimized" which is also similar to Fabulously optimized but its much more focused in performance than the features in the modpack. Highy recommend it
^
My Laptop runs with Sodium, Lithium and 8 Chunks Render Distance 90 fps 👍. But nice vid so i dont have to play Vanilla with 28 fps 🥲
1 minute ago is crazy🙃
What seed is it? It so beautiful.
Does these mods (like Optifine) will affect the performance of some farms as they change generation and spawn rate settings?
they don't change anything like that, they are client side mods
Please Start The Minecraft Bedrock series because You Complete All Farm for Minecraft Java Edition Please Start Minecraft Bedrock 🙏🥺
Yea That'd really help me too But till they start a bedrock series, you can watch JC Playz...he makes insanely good Bedrock edition farms
Sodium is definitely the best, especially with all the addons!
that is wild, idk why anyone would need to simulate that much of the world around you but that is still impressive. the distant horizons mod might be the better option
Voxy is better than distant horizons.
@@CrunkNuts a chad like me, noway
Is there a good alternative to nvidium for us AMD and Intel folks out here?
There's voxy/distant horizons, Both of them works with shaders but have less performance than nvidium. Alternatively just wait for Amd/intel to released an update to allow for mesh shading
Does luna Client have these as well ?
Good vid
I like how that 3090 has the same performance with nvidium as the 2070. Probably because the mesh shading cores are the same
Once Amd gets Mesh shading it'll shine above Nvidia in terms of nvidium performance
Newer gameplay tests have shown that the newer versions of OptiFine, especially when using Shaders, are the same or even better than Sodium when it comes to normal running/flying around the map and the chunk generation in your world. Edit: I really don't know why it's so much different on your PC. But on my PC (i5-6500, GTX970) Sodium and OptiFine have zero to no difference when it comes to FPS. Even when using Lithium and Nvidium.
thanks
Thanks for the tutorials ig?
If I bought your server can cracked players also join it?
i already use this mods and now i can't live without fabric because i use a lot litematica and mini hud but still it gaves me more performance from my pc that has i5 3a gen 16 gigs of ram and a gt 1030 and i average 150 fps
A gt 1030 is better than my gpu(geforce 840m), You should be getting more fps?(i get 100-200 on 5 render distance)
@@bacon_with_brussels_sprout i have 16/22render distance chunks and 16 chunks of simulations, all of the particles enabled, all the animation and most of the times i have like Steam, chrome, Spotify open at the same time, my minecraft is really pushed to the limit of really good looking but without using shaders or resource packs and pushed and a benchmark of mods for not lagging and still a have a really good average fps I can easily record the screen with obs but using a “low” preset on the cpu but the rec still is not blurry in intense gameplay or something
@@lorenzofal2068 Gyat dam, you're really pushing that gt 1030 to it's limits
@@bacon_with_brussels_sprout I paid for the all gpu (got it on eBay for 60€) and I’m gonna use the all gpu😂😂 jokes apart in minecraft the gt1030 is at 50 to 60% cpu (i5 3470) its on like 60 to 70% of usage, I bought rise of the tomb raider but for enjoyable gameplay I had to set on medium settings but the graphic is really good next thing I would upgrade is gpu or cpu by maybe going to a new platform like am4 to get the ability to change what cpus I want maybe going to a 3000 to a 5000 If mobo can but I don’t really know if zen 3 mobo supports zen4 so idk🤷🏻♂️
can you use these mods with lunar client?
i have i3 12th gen, using optifine rn, still getting 50-60 fps, can I get more than this somehow?
I use enhanced block entities over fast chest
Is there a point of having more fps than your monito's refresh rate?
Is there something for the ram?
except for fabolously optimized+nvidium and its related other 2 or 3 mods i kinda already have all of them i can't run fabolously optimized cuz i use tlauncher :(
Why I am getting deja vu that they have uploaded this b4 as well
what mod let's you see fps like that while using sodium? because I don't think sodium has that or does it?
he's probably using MiniHUD
I think it’s in the Sodium Extras mod. I use this when playing but idk which mod it is in
Can someone help me I am useing the same mods but my fps are not increasing that much and ich hava a very good pc
This method shocked me
The hosting is a bit expensive idk i can get 12gb ram for 12$ and your recommended pack gives only 4gb
is vulkan-mod good ???
Bro I have Minecraft pocket edition and i tried sodium and optifine mod but there are no chang it still gives me 27 fps and other mod are not available for pocket edition please someone help me
Minecraft pocket edition doesn't have mods, those are just texture packs, they do nothing to performance
Is there any for cause forget?
Bro plz make a big turtle egg farm 🙏🙏🙏
Brother I can't download your worlds from wise hosting, why????
Thnx bro my potato pc gets 60fps but now it is very high
I get 30 fps and im okay with it.yall complaining for 60 fps
Mods for better FPS in pocket edition plzz❤❤
Sodium ✅
0:27 song ka naam? and ha thanks mera game abhi smoothly chal raha hai :) :)
all these mods are under Fabric! I use Forge. Is Fabric better?
First 1 minute gang 👀👀
Me 😅
I hate the fact that some gamers want 1000 fps while I want 120-90 per average since I get 0 to 30 on usual
Remarkably Optimised is best choice for perfect performance and visuals
bilader o dediğin modları indirdim de nasıl kurulacak bilmiyorum yardım et bana
Something for bedrock and pocket edition please ?😅
Does it works with Tlancher??
my game is freezy in mobile Any method to stop it
Mobile minecraft is already really optimized, the only way is to get a better phone I think
