ENTITLEMENT is a fancy word for a attempt to avoid responsibility and the police put up with way more bullshit from idiots citizens' i believe that each officer deserves at least a $10.000 raise depending on where you live some cities or states would be more and pay for it with fines n fees from the perps for speeding or improper lane change etc with with steeper fines for fleeing n eluding or resisting arrest etc when they get arrested

@stevenherrold 5955 I totally agree, but in our society today entitlement is ruining lives. Unfortunately, it’s coming with nonsensical, irrational ideas that most of the world thinks is nuts. To believe men can get pregnant Spreading false propaganda that confuse children, and then think it’s OK for young children to make life long decisions to maime their bodies? These are only a few examples. Ignoring biology, science and expecting others to buy into their delusions is a form of mentally illness. This behavior is usually accompanied with abnormally high emotions and drama. There is definitely instability in the brain. For police I agree with a raise for working in areas that are extremely dangerous. Personally I think we should give all police a bonus and assist to move away from sanctuary cities and many primarily Democrat states as well. Let them call a social worker to take care of their problems. Police aren’t respected in these cities so leave the lawlessness for them to fix. They only destroy their own neighborhoods as well. Oh well.. vote for it than deal with it. We should certainly help the elderly get away as well. God Bless all military, police and first responders. God Bless the United States of Texas!!

My sympathy. Dependent children is why she is receiving food stamps. I too "make too much money" on SS disability to receive food stamps. I am only on share cost Medicaid. Which means I am only covered if my medical bills for a month exceed one dollar over my benefit. So I have have fourteen hundred dollars in medical bills (after Medicare pays) per month, not counting prescriptions, to have Medicaid cover me.

The system rewards laziness and deadbeats, instead of hardworking people who for some reason cannot make more money, or have to juggle two jobs to make ends meet. It's the same here in Portugal and Europe as a whole, although when we elect right winged parties the situation tends to soften a bit. I'm really sorry for your mom's situation, she sounds like a great woman and I wish you all the best.

yeah it's really frustrating to see these evil people being rewarded by political design, while people who actually act with morality in mind are penalized also by political design. I don't think politicians do it just to be evil, but it's so lazy and incompetent that it might as well be. At least the reality on the ground for us in the middle class who work until we're too old to living paycheck to paycheck whether it's out of a deliberate intent to be evil or just lazy incompetence is entirely indistinguishable and ultimately doesn't really matter.

I had to stay unemployed during college because if I made an income of more than $400 BEFORE tax, while being legally homeless, and as a single mother WITH a dependent child under the age of 5, I didn't even qualify for health insurance, financial aid for school, or food stamps. So basically, if I even worked part time at McDonald's, I couldnt even get health insurance for my baby. I had to make money under the table with art commissions until I finished grad school and got paid during my residency. The welfare system is absolutely fucked.

When you think you're above the law, use: 1. "I didn't do nothin!" 2. "I know my rights!" 3. "You're harassing me!" 4. "Imma sue you, your going to be fired for this and put in jail once I get my lawyer!" 5. "I am not being detained, get me your supervisor!" 6. "Iet me go, don't touch me", or "leave me alone! 7. Pull the race card. It really is the lowest excuse and automatically labels you as remedial, but what the hell, you're going down away. 8. "Call my mom!""I'm pregnant!" 9. "I need your names and your badge numbers!", while making death threats to the officers because they "don't know who they're messing with." 10. Pretend you're talking on your phone and ignore the officers. Make them think that you "don't have time for this" and they'll just walk away. 11. It's important not forget to list all the medical conditions that you suffer from immediately after leading the cops on a 2 kilometer foot chase because you "feared for your life". Bonus points. Yell "Somebody film this, I got you on camera!" To the cops with body cams. Remember, you "can't breathe" while yelling one of these excuses, so don't try to use them all in one go.

My sympathy. Dependent children is why she is receiving food stamps. I too "make too much money" on SS disability to receive food stamps. I am only on share cost Medicaid. Which means I am only covered if my medical bills for a month exceed one dollar over my benefit. So I have have fourteen hundred dollars in medical bills (after Medicare pays) per month, not counting prescriptions, to have Medicaid cover me.
The system rewards laziness and deadbeats, instead of hardworking people who for some reason cannot make more money, or have to juggle two jobs to make ends meet. It's the same here in Portugal and Europe as a whole, although when we elect right winged parties the situation tends to soften a bit. I'm really sorry for your mom's situation, she sounds like a great woman and I wish you all the best.
yeah it's really frustrating to see these evil people being rewarded by political design, while people who actually act with morality in mind are penalized also by political design. I don't think politicians do it just to be evil, but it's so lazy and incompetent that it might as well be. I had to stay unemployed during college because if I made an income of more than $400 BEFORE tax, while being legally homeless, and as a single mother WITH a dependent child under the age of 5, I didn't even qualify for health insurance, financial aid for school, or food stamps. So basically, if I even worked part time at McDonald's, I couldnt even get health insurance for my baby. I had to make money under the table with art commissions until I finished grad school and got paid during my residency. The welfare system is absolutely fucked.
