I noticed how every lawn was nicely manicured. Hopefully your kindness will spread to the other neighbors. If that was my neighbor, his lawn would be mowed everytime I did mine. Great video and a great act of humanity. Never stop being kind.

I just don't understand why it's so difficult for people to just be good neighbors, especially to the elderly. there is no way I would let my neighbor's yard get like that. thanks for helping them out.

How refreshing to hear someone admit they wished they hadn't started a particular property. Fantastic job and kudos to you for tackling the back yard after the front was such a beast. I'm sure all the neighbors are very thankful to you.

Josh, the HARD WORK that you put into that yard was amazing. Obviously you do yardwork for a living, and it shows. I used to mow my boys school to help with tuition. Normally took about 15 hours, which I had to break up throughout the week, or 2 LONG days on the weekend. Midwest weather would sometimes make it difficult to cut, due to all of the rain, and so the grass could get really high, and thick. So when I saw you having to make double cuts, and more, plus raking into piles, I felt your pain.

Josh, being a senior citizen, I know how much I appreciate my neighbor mowing my lawn. This was a difficult yard, but I believe the owner was so grateful for your kindness. Seniors can be dismissed and/or purposely overlooked, so your kindness is appreciated. Too bad the neighbors did not help the homeowner. (I am assuming a senior lives here.) If you truck has your contact information on the side, you probably will get additional, paid work.
