You put a lot of work into repairing this machine. As I guess, it is used to roll out dough for bread, rolls, etc. It undoubtedly makes the work of bakers much easier. An induction motor with a centrifugal switch and a capacitor is a fairly commonly used design unless there is a three-phase power network. Congratulations and best regards 😀

36:20 а с этой стороны где ограждение цепных передач? Нужно было изготовить самим. Грубейшее нарушение техники безопасности. Вполне можно остаться без пальцев, к тому же такой узел способен задушить, если что нибудь туда попадёт. Горе реставраторы.

I am constantly in awe at the restoration ability of these Asian craftsmen, however with that said I am often dismayed that they only clean things up just enough to get by. I'm looking at a bread maker with restoration chrome rollers. Perhaps chromeing is expensive but in that case, this was not a good project to select. I don't want this to come off as western superiority or bias because it is not. Someone WILL use that machine as is and Someone could become poisoned, because that rust will trap bacteria, or injured from swallowing chrome chips. As restoration experts the goal is to restore and give the item and the owners new life. Again, I commend their skills and knowledge but restoration is about more than making a KZhead video.

13:04 опять шлифовальной машиной работают без кожуха. Ну тогда и пояснять бессмысленно, от вас только одни отписки. А вот если вдруг диск расколется, на сотню осколков и осколок улетит в глаз, челюсть или шею, тогда хорошо поймёте, но будет поздно.
20:10 работа без защиты органов дыхания это тоже нарушение правил по технике безопасности. Токсические вещества медленно отравляют мозг, в чём лично самому в старости выпадет честь убедиться человеку, который проводит покрасочные работы.
