상큼함이 톡톡 터지는 레몬 무스를 만들었어요.
요즘같이 더운 계절에 더 안성맞춤인 디저트랍니다.
레몬즙과 요거트가 듬뿍 들어있어 더 가볍고 상큼한 맛이에요.
레몬 껍질에 굳히니 더 귀엽고 하나씩 먹기에도 재미있네요^^

4개 레몬
200g 생크림
80g 설탕
3g 바닐라익스트랙
10g 옥수수전분
150g 레몬즙
130g 그릭 요거트
4 Lemons
200g Whipping cream
80g Sugar
3g Vanilla extract
10g Cornstarch
150g Lemon juice
130g Greek yogurt
[만드는 과정]
1. 깨끗하게 세척한 레몬을 반으로 자르고 숟가락으로 과육을 파서 꺼내 주세요.
2. 레몬의 아래쪽을 조금 잘라 레몬이 세워지도록 해주세요.
3. 분리한 레몬 과육으로 레몬즙을 짜주세요.
4. 냄비에 생크림과 설탕을 넣고 섞은 다음 옥수수전분과 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 섞어 주세요.
5. 레몬즙을 넣고 섞은 다음 노란색 식용 색소를 조금 넣고 섞어 주세요.
6. 약불에 올려 점성이 생길 때까지 보글보글 끓여 주세요.
7. 불에서 냄비를 내려 그릭 요거트를 넣고 골고루 섞어 주세요.
8. 레몬에 부어 채워 주세요.(레몬 껍질 바닥에 구멍이 있다면 안쪽 옆을 긁어내 메꿔 주세요)
9. 냉장실에서 3시간 이상 굳히고 윗면에 휘핑한 생크림과 애플민트로 장식했어요.

Thank you for this easy summer recipe. I would be interested in trying this but maybe adding a couple of egg yolks before cooking and finishing with some butter. This lemon curd would be great in a trifle or even as a filling for a two layer cake. This is a perfect palate cleanser after a spicy meal.
With egg yolk it would almost be custard
@@tinekejoldersma I use egg yolks every time I make lemon curd. It adds a silky, smooth texture. Adding butter to lemon curd after removing it from the heat gives flavour and helps firm up the curd so it isn't runny the next day. You can also make a lemon curd, chill, and then fold in whipped cream to achieve a similar result.

@@user-jh6jv7xk9w Egg yolks (2 or 3) are added before cooking so the don't scramble. Butter is added after cooking the mixture until it thickenes. Then allow mixture to cool until room temperature. Then chill in fridge. Try googling lemon curd recipes.
