Yeah but i think that are Just the basics If you learn to faint your attacks and use the Hidden stance correctly you have much more possibilitys to Set your Combos Up otherwise you get parried to easy. 😄 or you get called a spammer🤣

Appreciate the guide. I'm learning the Nobushi at the moment and the intended play style wasn't as apparent from reading the move list as say the Lawbringer. Now I know I have to harness the cheese, annoy the heck outta people :P
warlord used to be my main but people were crying about him being op so I felt bad and switched to her. Skill required to play her well makes me feel pleasure in my victories. She needs some Buffs but I like her challenge.

Using a hiddent stance on a heavy attack coming from the top is hilarous to look. Try it.
Not really if you do an unexpected light attack could even catch your attack of guard. And it's easy to know where you are attacking from
Fax just started yesterday today is my second day playing, my friend has been playing since the game came out, beat him 2/3 times using hidden just on defense for one round then switched to offense, least to say… he wasent ready for that sudden offense

NEW PLAYERS- hitting the heavy and light button at the same time with do a zone attack, you can interrupt it with any heavy attack in any direction or even a guard break, and it’s impossible to expect The zone attack in general is almost never used by most players and it’s very hard to see coming if you switch it up

zone then cancel after the first hit followed into an immediate dash to the right plus heavy. Extremely hard to react to plus throws people off. then you can go into the side dash lights to throw them off even more. unless they have extreme reflexes theyre usually dead. killed level 20 prestiges with these mixups i just mentioned
Yeah, I learned that trick fighting a 13 reputation Nobushi myself. I thought, "Woah! You can do that??" and I started using it myself ;)

Um, advanced guide? Just saying that the sidewinder shouldnt be overused like that or used mostly at all to open because people WILL parry that and about the "Continuous combo" that only works if the person you are fighting against has never touched a controller/keyboard before.

Nice guide. But I have an incredible hard time fighting assassins that utilize Dodge alot. I can't land my hits and slowly die as they close the gap.
To beat characters like that, you need to feint your heavy attacks. This will bait them into dodging. Then, you can parry their attack. If they get smart and stop attack (just dodging into a block), then you can start guard-breaking them ;)

BlackHawkM15 He didn’t even cover hidden stance. Or hidden stance into a dodge. Or the fact that the dodge light and heavies can be used to counter attack. Nobushi is best when she can be defensive or aggressive. The fact that she can counter guardbreak from hidden stance, and the way she can use her dodge attacks makes her one of the most versatile heroes in the game.
I'm pretty sure most top players can react to this, it's not next to impossible at all @1:08
It's fairly difficult to react to. Especially if your hero has a slower block (like the Raider's whose is 20+ frames). That's what makes it a guessing game. Even if you can react, your character still has to transition their block. If they do start to block, then you can dodge into a guardbreak. It's all a matter of adapting to how your opponent plays.
I guess you dont know what turtles are then, how sad.

Joeroe2 that has nothing to do with "pro" its more like spam your shit and hope that your enemy is stupid. All nobushi does is reactalble and she really suffers from her slow guard Speed. Of course you have a lot of mixup potential but generally you can't use the tactics that are in the Video against any actually good Player.

You can easily throw in kicks with these tips in the videos and do the guardbreak+heavy+kick+heavy sure he didnt cover everything but if your "good" surely you can finish off the rest by yourself ;)

I personally don't think Nobushi is one of the best in the game. More like top of mid tier. Top 5 would be: Warlord, Conqueror, Peacekeeper, Warden, Shugoki. That's mine anyways
Shugoki/Wardens are easily countered, so long as you know to counter GB. Nobushi is more Mid-to-Top tier. I reckon Warden/Conq/Peacekeepers are currently top tier.
Did you mean Warlord instead of Warden in that second part? Because if so I agree. Also Wardens aren't easily countered because they have a vortex that you have to guess at. Wardens will always one of the best classes so long as they have the vortex imo. You might be right about Shugoki though, I don't play him much, I'm just using what other people have told me.
If you want other opinions, here's my top 5. 1. Peacekeeper 2. Warden 3. Conqueror 4. Valkyrie 5. Warlord
+Eldritch Knowledge no offense but Warlord and Peacekeeper are the main winners for tournaments lately along with conqueror and warden. But Warlord is definitely better than #5, probably #1 in my opinion

Meanwhile in real life: 1) do any attack whatsoever 2) get parried 3) get your ass fucked up Not only this piece of garbage is one of the slowest characters, it has no good feints and mixups. It even has 2 dodge attacks, that doesn’t dodge shit! Horrible character, almost as unplayable as shugoki, aside of abusing the unlock glitch.

Lol play against a good player , do your shitty dash attack and see what happens next xD (Spoiler: I'll parry your little spammer's ass at the first strike), same thing for kick after top heavy on gb , it can be dodged so easily... Title should be : "How to defeat casual shitty dominion players with a Nobushi / Become a casu", not Advanced Guide. For people looking for really effective openings with Nobushi against good players : - Light cancel into hidden stance + Light/ Heavy Feint into a Gb/Kick (For Turtles) - Soft Feint Guardbreak -ZA with Top indicator then cancel the ZA and dodge + attack (to cancel the recover) or wait for the second hit parry to parry yourself And After a gb you have to mix between : Top heavy + side heavy delayed (goes faster) / Top Heavy + Vipers' Retreat (for assassins cause it can't be dodged/ Top Heavy + Kick (when they are used to blockin' only cause it's unsafe)/ Top Heavy + Side Heavy cancelled into gb Sorry if I spelled words wrong , i'm french Edit : This was good 2 months ago , now it'd be like : - Light cancel into hidden stance + Light/ Heavy Feint into a Gb/Kick (For Turtles) or Hidden Stance with your guard somewhere and do a Heavy in another directions (it'll do a flicker) - Gb feints not available anymore , rip -Forget the flickered ZA , instead do an unlock + turn char back and do the Unlock Zone.. Dodge attacks after Zone doesn't really work anymore since everybody knows Nobu can cancel her zone so forget them. You can do the unlock zone after Gb Top Heavy + Side Heavy Cancel. Best way to end a fight but take care cause it makes you OOS
