She was beautiful ,They were a golden couple.I think the reason people talk about him and how gorgeous and handsome he was and haven't mentioned her and her beauty is because when someone is lostpeople tend to put them on a pedestal I know this personally when you lose somebody tragically unexpectedly and with unresolved things you tend to idolize that person true her feelings for William I think we all see William the way she sees William. I say the way she still sees William for one reasonyou always see him the way that she remembers him when they were young and she will always be that beautiful man and the love of her life also because I read that she passed over recently and I believe they're together over on the other side.

Zsuzsi Starkloff passed away at the age of 83 in 2020. She had long lived in Colorado.
My heavy heart goes out to the late lovers, Zsuzsi and Prince William, for their bittersweet but gloriously beautiful love story. Though their enchanting relationship was so brief it was totally genuine in every aspect! I believe that this remarkable couple would've been of great benefit to the British Royals. I do hope that a movie or TV series will be developed eventually.
Just another historical example of how short-sighted and cruel the royal firm is and has been for centuries, especially in recent history.

Zsuzsi was an accomplished teacher as well, she took an immersion Japanese language course for 5 months and then began teaching conversational English while in Japan. She earned a pilot license got her commercial glider pilot rating and had her own advanced glider flying school for many years. She was a beautiful, smart, kind and accomplished person who loved her man enough to respect his obligations as he saw them, I am so glad I saw this.
She was sure enough of herself to walk away and let him live out his responsibilities because she knew his heart was truly hers against all odds.

Hermit, it has been almost 50 years since I lost the love of my life. I have to tell you what has kept my adrenaline flowing through all of these years. First, giving my heart to Jesus. Next, diving into Bible Prophecy headlong, and Now, after so many many years of watching prophecies come to pass , completely KNOWING that we are on the very cusp of my seeing Jesus AND my husband again, for all eternity. The Queen gave him the best advice to "follow his heart" he should have acted upon it immediately and married Zsuzsi.
Well, the Queen may have said that and felt that, but she did not fight against the harsh system she was steward of to allow William to 'follow his heart.' Pressure was placed on him by others to give up Zsuzsi, in favor of 'duty to the crown.' I guess they preferred him unhappy or dead. Notice that QE-II also loved her grandson, Harry, and gave permission for him to marry Meghan, a divorced woman of color, in a different era. Still, there were forces aligned against Harry & Meghan, which the Queen once again could not see her way to block or stop. Of course, in her 90s, she had relinquished a lot of control to Charles and to busybody courtiers.
What a classy couple they were. Both smart, nice looking. She really loved him. Still does. She thinks about him daily. True deep love.
She seems so classy in her beauty neon the way she carries herself. She speaks of him with such genuine tenderness. It's moving.

The Prince William everyone knows used to be good looking but he went bald. I know that sounds shallow of me to say but compare it to how men critique our every detail. the younger children of monarchs usually don't get covered as much. The Crown even had very little about Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, which surprised me since they were quite high profile.
They would've written about it, if it hadn't been affair that had run its course. They had an affair and he ended it. He didn't end it because of royal duty. He ended it and quickly moved on to another divorcee with children. Don't believe everything you see or here.
Great Question about "The Crown," especially since younger William was named after the older William. And now I know why. Leaving this story out was very much a faux pas for the series, in my opinion. Honestly, I don't see why the documentary kept mentioning her being "much older" when in most every photo she looked younger. She is truly beautiful; old or young, she's lovely.

The expression on Zsuzsi’s face when she watched William’s plane crash is heart wrenching. They were truly in love. It was clear in the way they looked at one another that their love was real and timeless. It’s like a tragic romance novel only far more heartbreaking because it’s a true story of star crossed lovers.

It is impossible for that to be the first time she had seen that video. How could she not? It's so painful to know that watching it, how ever many times later, invokes that reaction. That total despair. Heartbreaking.

She passed away last year. A few months ago, there was a big Internet interest in his life. I think this year marks the 50th anniversary of his death.. Very tragic story.
Zsuzsi passed away May 1 2020. It is hoped that once in our lifetime we find our soulmate, I believe they found that in each other and if there is an afterlife they found each other once again.
OMG!!! Then YES, they are absolutely together. MY GOSH!!! He waited for her. Whenever they are and wherever they are they have their TRUE LOVE and are mated. I AM GLAD FOR THEM BOTH.

I am an American and unfortunately Prince William of Gloucester had passed away several years prior to my birth. I had never heard of him, nor his love story with Zsuzsi. Such a heartbreaking story. They were a beautiful couple and I am certain they are now spending forever together.
I can see why he fell in Love with this gracious loving beautiful woman & warm hearted human being. After all these years her heart carries the memories of her True Love. Thats most precious these days.

If Zsuzsi got on that plane, that would be their first time seeing each other after being apart for so long, and also be their last time together. Their love story reminded me of twinflames. Zsuzsi never remarried after Prince William. She kept his ring and wore it as a pendant everyday. Committed til the very end. You don't see/hear that kind of love like that anymore. RIP Prince William and Zsuzsi, may you both be reunited again in the afterlife.
