Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 vs. Galaxy Watch 6: Biggest expected changes. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 is looking more and more like it'll be a major release rather than an iterative update. Of course, the Galaxy Watch 6 remains a fantastic wearable, and one of the best smartwatches for Android users in 2024, but, there is room for improvement.

Square screen is an instant no go from me. I buy watches because I like the look of a watch on the wrist. Not a tiny gadget.
Nothing game changing about a watch that updates every year. To much consumerism.
YES TO SQUARE SCREEN but why on the most basic only booo!!! - You can have a dial for bezel feature, on a square/rectangle screen!
Samsung! Please do not make your Watch square, I have an Apple Watch and I am very much thinking of getting a galaxy S24 ultra and waiting on your next Galaxy7 watch, I would much rather have a round watch then a square watch

Galaxy watches are so laggy bro ! Animations , stutters and the refresh rate is capped at 25fps. Love Apple Watch but Samsung has a better phone. I dislike the Galaxy watch 6 I got

I just want to use my watch without having to open on phone or show on phone. And please bring back the Gear S design with that beautiful curved rectangular display.
It would be my first Smartwatch, just not sure if I should wait for the watch 7 or buy the first watch 5/6 that goes on sale. I mean, if the watch can last me one day I will be fine, I won't be sleeping with it. Not sure how big the improvement will be, other than the battery. :/
Got the watch 6 classic 43mm for 149€, sadly with an aftermarket strap, I will buy a better one for around 20-30€. It lasts me 1,5 days, but as soon as it gets warmer, I will be more outside, we will see how long it lasts then, sadly it uses watch GPS even if I have my phone with me and GPS enabled, I also can't set it to auto power saving overnight, need to look into tasker and autowear. But for that price it's nice, looks better on my wrist during summer than my mi band 8 :P
Dual GPS and better training data would be good! Samsung lacks behind Garmin a lot! Garmin on the other hand misses third app support (YT music etc.) and daily usage versatility. So there is no watch on the market, which I really like 😒.

Galaxy fit was a good one. Battery life was min. 3 Days. I would love the fit in form of a galaxy watch. Heartrate sensor only and you have a long living watch. Sometimes less is more.
I much preferred the shape of the Gear S. Basically what I would like is the specs of the Watch 5Pro in a Gear S shape, fully waterproofed.
Sumsung needs to go ahead and bring back the galaxy gear S.
I do remember having the square Samsung watch and I loved it but that's when Samsung just made square watches. Ever since they came out with the round watch and they put the rotating bezel on it I don't ever want to go back to square. But Samsung did make a really nice square watch it was a lot nicer than Apple watch. I'd liked it better because it wasn't just square but it was curved
I also want to be able to bond my watch to either my S24 Ultra or Fold5 without having to reset the watch each time.
I excited for the Galaxy ring, I might buy one day one. Galaxy Watch Ultra curved and square will definetely get my money.

😂checking blood sugar level requires blood, just think of a watch which nicks the hand 💀💀
there are already quite a few out there, except the current sensors still give inaccurate reading, but they give good sugar level trend. No known smartwatch or skin surface blood sugar sensor has been certified by FDA just yet. Continuous Glucose Monitor requires a sensor to be interacted with skin cells to give sugar level, and they didnt give great accuracy as well.
I don't like the iphone watch I like the round watch from Samsung. But I did like Samsung's watches when they had the boxy look maybe they should do both I think it wouldn't be a bad idea people always like to have choice. When you get people choices they tend to stay with products longer

you could either wait for this Samsung Galaxy S7 or go for its older versions or google pixel, or One plus watch.
Need it to be at least 4 days without charging.

I hate it when it only work up to 2-3days I got xiaomi watch and can last un to 15days in 1 charge
Because that's a fitness tracker, not a smart watch.
unless the galaxy 7 has a battery that will last at least 80 hours, I'm gonna stay on watch 4 until it dies and then give up on the idea of a smartwatch, there's a bunch of other cheaper smartwatches of other brands that have a battery that lasts for up to 2 weeks...sure with way less functions but still... stop being garbage and put a good beefy battery to last a regular user about 3-4 days...
That's what I don't understand. I see watches that can last about 2 weeks and Samsung is still talking about 2-4 days and the same thing with Apple watces; what gives? I have a Samsung Frontier S3 and I was getting 3-4 days, and now it's down to 2 days. I'm sick of running out of battery charges and what about solar, not an option?
@@michaelb2685 None of those watches let you get notifications. They're just activity trackers. You're not getting texts, discord messages, telegrams, whatsapps on these watches that last two weeks.
