For months now I have been witness to slander at the hands of numerous members of the community against the great WILHELM but in today's video I will FINALLY go in depth and systematically destroy all of the misinformed pigs within this wasteland.

No lie, Wilhelm is my favorite VH to play as in the series (Moze is close. Love mecha). I usually like the "soldier" character for just being great with the basics (Reload, Swap speed, weapon handling, etc) but Wolf & Saint really do put in work. They feel like a perfect combination of all the pets beforehand. I don't usually do all the crazy stuff that requires precision min-maxing, so keep that in mind, but god dammit, he's a cyber commando with personal drones. He's the FIghter-Man of Borderlands, and I always love the Fighter-Man. I don't care how boring they are. They get shit done. /stanning

The beta male Timothy: is weak, got clapped by dahl, moxxi, lilith and Roland. Got upset and killed the defenseless claptrap line (they didn't stand a chance) ez boss fight in bl2, psycho. The Sigma Male Wilhelm: cool robot man. Neat drones that go pew. Good soldier. Only lost cause he was poisoned by beta jack.

Why is Wilhelm the best vault hunter? - He is good at fighting.
Even after playing all Borderlands games, Wilhelm is still my alltime favorite. With my laser spec I utterly flattend UVHM solo with him.

@Young Victor that has nothing to do with my comment whatsoever. Also the coop tree is really interesting, since bl franchise is pushed as a cooperative experience, this doesn't take from the character at all, actually it adds to it. (Btw you can still put skill points in half of the tree with no problem, the cap wouldnt allow you do advance more anyways)
@Young Victor You can... play coop with someone else by your side also it would be 1/6. This is a good and a bad thing about her, youre only seeing the negative side of it. Also I strictly talked about her sniping tree in my first comment, nothing else. lol.
@Young Victor You are so stupid and had the audacity to be rude. I SAID you could put points in HALF of the coop skill tree, this means that 5/6 of her skill trees can be used in a solo playthrough. Is it really that hard to follow up or your rudeness is blinding your senses?

Not only you couldn't keep up with the simple math (lmao the struggle) but I made it pretty clear that the sniping skill tree is perfect for ME, that MAY suggest that.. (follow this one up) I only play with snipers! and thats why the VH with the best sniping tree, AURELIA, is the greatest vault hunter, FOR ME. Guess next time I got to draw for ya.

Axton main here. I feel your pain. Axton was the meta punching bag of base BL2, so I know what it's like. My staple gun for a long time was the Swordsplosion as well, and Admiral Bahroo considered that shit, and didn't even mention it in any of his videos. The haters are going to hate. Just try and ignore them if possible.

Tbh I generally like playing as Wilhelm and claptrap. The gameplay and there dialogue is probably the best and seeing a contrast as someone who’s very positive and tries to see good, and doing something not because they can’t say no, but they wanna do the right thing, and then we go to someone who’s the opposite and finds the bad stuff funny or enjoyable and doesn’t care as long as he gets paid a large amount.
I always liked Wilhelm. I was so sad when I got the Overcharge skill and it didn't regenerate rockets even though they are ammo. It ruined my whole plan haha.
I think a better explination to why Wilhelm is different in BL2 (lore wise, not irl development stuff like his model being a standard engineer with a mech exosceleton), is that his cyberazation got to the point that "Wilhelm" became a designation for a heavily specked out, mechanized opperative using the cyber-technogical information recived from the exponential upgrades done on the real Wilhelm. Maybe even with a behavior-regulating or A.I program installed based on Wilhelm's mind/augments. So the Wilhelm you face is more of a developed successor than the original

I love Willhelm he was my favorite of Presequel like Zane feels like him mix with Krieg also Wilhelm is Black in Borderlands 2 but is White in the Presequel.
His action skill is cool and he's got this one thing where he blows up when he dies. A lot of the time he revives if he's close to a victim.

unironically I just clicked on and I had no idea of what was said. But, Yeah the character was unique.
There's people who understand what sort of unstoppable murder machine Wilhelm is with an Excaliboo in hand and then there's people that think cover is a game mechanic.
my favorite vault hunter is athena and the pre sequel is my favorite in the series i think its the best i wish the devs had more room and better time to work especially with the dlcs

I still think he was the greatest vault hunter ever,the guy almost killed the original hunters and before that he was a mercenary for all the corporations and had a kill count equivalent to a small country,and this all started because he was born with a minor case of bone waste,it's to bad he wasn't made into a huge threat in Borderlands 2,everyone was building him up to be this insanely tough badass,but in the end he never got a intro cutscene and was the first main boss to go down,they should've made it where it took the combined efforts of the original vault hunters and the second ones to take him down near the end of the game,but whatever,he's still my favorite.

This is why I dislike bl3 because the vault hunters feel so unoriginal and lazy apart from fl4k cuz I feels like they at least semi did a decent job with. Voice lines are actually pretty good and his skills for the most part are seemingly unique and way he actually interacts with others characters in the game is honestly enjoyable. Finally someone has pointed this out thank you.

"Endgame content" in Borderlands is to first, play the game 3 times. Then, you play everything you played 3 times already over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. :) Sooo, yeah... The Presequel is the most horrific borderlands title under these conditions though. Extremly monotone surroundings, extreme lack of worthwhile dlc.
